Everything was lovely!
2nd time I've been here and always a great experience. Their service is above and beyond every time. Now excuse me as I bask in my meat sweats....
Love every minute of it. The dining experience is unmatched and is a great value.
The food was good., and that’s about all that was positive about the evening. Unfortunately we only saw our server twice the entire night. She never gave us her name or checked on our table. I finally spotted her an hour into our dinner and ordered drinks. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting on the drinks. We then asked another waitress to find her and explained we never received our drinks. She stated she would get the drinks for us and would send over our waitress. Once again we didn’t get any drinks. This was extremely upsetting given that we were celebrating our son’s 18th birthday. Half an hour had passed and we were still waiting on our drinks and trying to order dessert to celebrate his birthday. I had to go to the check-in counter and explain the situation but at this point we were done with dinner and did not want the drinks given that the mood was no longer festive at this point. Overall not a good dining experience.
This was my first time at the Rosemont location. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We dined here for lunch, celebrating our anniversary, the food was great. I would visit this location again
Celebrated two birthdays. Every thing was great once we were seated. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation but weren't seated until 45 minutes after. Waited total an hour. This wasn't exactly the restaurants fault, just the only con.
Absolutely the best staff! Every single server was smiling and very pleasant. Food was perfect. Manager came and greeted us and he was awesome!! Completely amazed and they exceeded our expectations by miles.
Generally the food and service are good once you have a table. The reason for the lower stats is for the strange way they handle reservations. We made reservations at 8 with plans for a show at 9. We arrived at 7:50 and were told we would be called. At 815 I asked about our table and was told that rather than having to wait 2-3 hours as walk-ins do, reservations have a much shorter 30 min wait time. We were seated at 830 and were very rushed. Overall the service was good after we sat down. The reservation system seems sort of shady though.
So much fun! Attentive wait staff. I especially liked how all of the wait staff waited on all the tables. Very unique concept.

This is an excellent Brazilian style steakhouse. Multiple servers are constantly circulating with skewers of roasted meats including chicken, pork, lamb and beef. There also is a soup and salad bar and desert menu and a full bar.
Had a reservation @ 9pm. Arrived slightly early however, in previous visits waiters brought meat faster and had a wider selection to choose from. We had to wait longer and for them to bring them out individual from the back. Why was there only 3 or 4 meats to choose from? Why did they all leave after less than an hour of seating down?
I had a great experience again after the first time. I had the special deal which was $39 and you don’t get like 3 items which is fine with me. I enjoy my meal and the waitress that I had was very attentive to my needs. I would definitely come back here again for any occasion. The decor inside the restaurant is really nice and had good ambiance.
I felt like the oversell at the table was a bit much...no I don’t want a shot of cheap liquer, lobster, shrimp, or whatever else they were pushing.
I've been coming here since they opened. Great place. This past year I've been about once a month. Some remodeling going on but a it'll be for the better. Perfect for business, casual lunch or date night. Try not to stuff yourself too much, the meat sweats are a real thing. I love the papaya cream dessert! Highly recommend!
Love this place this was my second visit. The staff was very polite and courteous.
We were there for about 30 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. Once I brought it to someone’s attention, we finally got good service but it shouldn’t have come to a point where I had to leave my table to let someone know that no one was taking care of us. Aside from the rough start, the food was good and the service was good as well.
Do yourself a favor and make a reservation. Otherwise it’ll be quite a long wait. I frequently visit Fogo. My kids love it! With the fixed price and all you can eat policy, it’s easy to budget.
I found it ridiculous that I made the reservation for 8:15 and we weren't seated until 8:45.
It was not our first time visiting. Worst time we have ever had. 7:45 reservations, seated at 8;30. RUSHED OUT, CHECK GIVEN AT 9.
Restaurant was far too busy for amount of tables , staff rushing everywhere , little room to pass between tables
Food was great very tasty when it came . As I prefer well done meat very little meat actually appeared as servers would not return
Salad bar amazing
A friend of mine recommended it during my visit to Chicago, and it did not disappoint. The market was outstanding, especially the brown sugar, black pepper bacon. The only thing I would've asked for is a ceviche, but I'm being picky. It was excellent.
This is the first time I've ever been. I was very excited. The food was excellent the service was excellent . The seating arrangements we're extremely poor. Was very, very little room for the servers to walk around. I found myself having to move my seat several times because the servers could not get through. We felt rushed.
There wasn’t a great selection of meats- mostly offered beef or pork. Only one chicken option and no fish/seafood
Their service just got better and better the last two times I have been there. Their waiters are more attentive and nice. Although, I always have a question, do you just stop serving customer meat after several rounds? Overall a much better experience then the first two times.

Market bar was excellent as usual. The meats had a lot more fat and gristle on them than usual.
Well, to start, we checked for our reservation right on time and were told our table was being prepared. There was a large amount of people standing around the host station when we arrived and every group was seated before we were, even those walking up without reservations. After 30 minutes of waiting the hostess said our table was being prepared a second time. When we finally got seated some of us ordered the premium meats but the entire time we were there, we were never offered lamb chops, we only saw the rib eye once and the filet only after we requested it. Having to pay about 15 dollars extra for the premium selection, they should have made sure they circulated those around more. The food we ate was very good though, the biggest problem was the service for the price we paid.
We had the most wonderful experience there last night. The Gaucho's were all extremely friendly! The food was out of this world. My favorite were the Pincanha, Ribeye and the Filet. I didn't make it to the salad bar but they brought side dishes to the table. And the little cheese rolls are great. Dessert was Tres Leches. Such a delicious cake!! I completely enjoyed the whole experience.
My boyfriend and I went on Sunday it was our first time there on the Rosemont location it was our anniversary and we had Chris as our server very professional and funny we had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend this place and will go back again for sure

Very good service
First I would like to say thank you to my server. He was phenomenal. I’ve been a couple times at fogo de chao but never this location and now it’s my first time here and it’s 100% better than all the other locations that I’ve been. This place it is amazing. First the server pull the chair for me when I got seated it’s been a long time that I don’t see that then I went to the salad bar and it’s huge so many variety on salads cheeses and that soup it’s to die. When I came back my drinks were already at the table service was fast then when I flipped to green they already stopped with Picanha that it’s my favorite cut and the whole night was phenomenal after that. They waitstaff it’s really polite and attentive. I will be coming back for sure.
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. My waiter was attentive and helpful. The lamb shops omg It was incredible I have never had a lamb like that so good and the chicken breast with lemon pepper delicious. I don’t drink alcohol so decided to try the Brazilian lemonade and I could drink that the whole day. It was so good and for the end I tried the Brazilian flan that was superb. Great food and environment.
A lovely atmosphere and highly attentive staff greeted us immediately and provided perfectly timed and excellent service throughout. the salad bar is tastefully and really big.
The meat was all perfect. The sides, fried banana, fried polenta and mashed potatoes, were all excellent. The restaurant is so nice.
Absolutely outstanding experience and they have a great customer service that’s always checking on us making sure everything it’s good!

Just one thing to say you must try it’s totally worth it.
Usually love dining at FOGO. Had an 8:30 reservation for a party of two and wasn’t seated until 9:10, it was busy so I understood they were running behind. My date and I were seated in the furthest darkest corner of the restaurant, every table surrounding us was a party of 3 or more who’ve at this point flipped over to the “red” side of the card. It was my dates first time and I’ve talked up FOGO for being my absolute favorite places to dine because the food was so delicious the service was great and it really is a bang for your buck. Since the surrounding tables were finished eating meat our table was only visited 3 times (chicken, garlic beef, pork sausage) that was it. Not to mention the bread cheese puffs took 45 minutes to make it to the table. I was disappointed because this truly was one of my favorite spots. I paid for the “full experience” but ate the salad because of the inconvenience of where we were seated. David was our waiter and he was super nice but even in the end offered us a free desert because I think he felt bad because of how neglected our table was. I’ll only be eating at their downtown location from now on.
