Such great service for a Friday night. Everyone was so attentive. You will get served by everyone and everybody. You will have one server. Everyone who works there is there to help you. I never experienced a restaurant where if the manager takes food away and gets their hands dirty. All hands on deck is real.
The food is amazing and the cheese bread is addictive.
I will definitely go back.
Fogo de Chao is relatively new here. The space is big and very nice. It never feels too crowded. I had been there twice in a month celebrating a birthday each time and the waiter recognized me.
Managers come around asking how you are doing but without being so intrusive about it.
Waiters did the same. I was never without a drink or a fresh basket of that cheesy bread.
Their wine menu is extensive as is their cocktail menu.
There is plenty of meat to go around and you never have to wait long when you have your card flipped up to green.
Would recommend this place for brunch, dinner, celebratory group, celebratory intimate, date and even family.

Hands down one of the best service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. Just a tiny mishap at the end with dessert but other than that it was amazing

I must say this is very difficult to write. The food was amazing but the service ruined the entire experience. It took over 7 people to serve us, mainly out of their laziness, took 10 minutes just to get our water, 2 waiters to order a drink, didn’t time our food at all and was rushing to get us out there. Then at the end of the night the carver told me Bc it was closing to take my leftovers home (1 slice of meat) and it took 3 waiters to come to me and tell me they won’t allow me to take it home. I then told them the carver said I could and I was disgusted when the manager said well the staff needs to eat. Finally he agrees to let me take it home, goes to the back for another 10 mins. Suffice to say I ended up throwing it out because I don’t trust anyone with the spread of coronavirus. When we got the bill (which is a computer and very confusing) they put a cheesecake on our bill that we never officially ordered. When I noticed it another waiter comes over with a cheesecake to go. I say something to the manager and he takes the cheesecake and the bill away.
I must say after eating in the Philly, DC and NYC locations this was an utter disappointment and waste of money. You should be embarrassed and comping our meal.

Wow. Could be great but isn't. Needs lots of improvement in service. Salad bar should be much more extensive Much better Brazilian chains in NYC.
I updated my original review as the GM appreciated and responded to my criticism and he discussed the improvements and implementation planned. I will certainly revisit in 4-6 weeks and I'm a certain the establishment will improve on some of the difficulties of a December opening.

The service was excellent .I wish the meats were more seasoned but the ambiance was good and I got to taste different kind of meat and the servers were very nice and polite and were helpful as well with anything I asked .Good place to visit and experience .

Word of advise be prepared to eat. Pretty happy with my experience. Meats and salad bar was good. Service was A+ but the only thing I suggest is pricing for children.
Beautiful place. Not sure if we sat in wrong area but we had to ask the waiter to please get the meats brought to our table which wasn’t cool. Besides that everything was good.

Our waiter was no where to be found after we were seated. The servers bringing the meat were very nice and coming to our table often. We wanted to order a beverage and could not find anyone. After we ordered it never came. The manager was nice and comped the drinks. She tried her best to salvage our experience. I hope the staff gets it together soon.

Honestly, I was disappointed in the food. The selection at the salad bar was limited and the meat was salty. There seemed to be a lack of meat options coming from the kitchen.

The steak was good, the sides were not, and the service was horrible! I cannot express enough how bad it was. It was so difficult to find anyone to get another round of drinks, a refill on waters, etc. Once you were seated and got "the full experience", no one even bothered to come by and ask us if we needed anything. Definitely unacceptable for a $250 dinner. Will never go back to this location, and will not recommend to anyone. Prefer the midtown location 100%. People around us had the same opinion as we all eventually heard each others complaints and had a whole conversation about how the place sucked.

As always, the food was amazing at Fogo. However, contrary to usual expectations and experiences, the service was AWFUL. Every other Fogo I have been to the service has been A++++. Unfortunately, the service at this Fogo is downright terrible. My wife and I were seated promptly by the hostess who could not have been more helpful. The waiter, however, was the root of the problem. He welcomed us, showed us the menu, and took our drink orders. Unbeknownst to us that would be the last time we saw him until the very end of the dinner. Do not get me wrong, the food is AMAZING! My problem is with the service. After we finished eating we sat for about 30-45 minutes before we finally decided to get someone and ask for a dessert menu and coffee.
It is unfortunate for this to happen since we were there for a special occasion and do not get to go out to dinner often as parents to two young children. This was a major bummer and completely ruined the night because of a considerable absence of basic customer service.

This is the second time I went and I was again disappointed. I went for brunch and got the highest level AYCE and yet again the meats that came out was the same few items. I had to ask for the beef rib from my waiter and had to wait an extra 25 mins. At that point I was already full and just ate it to eat it. Once again I will suggest to get the lowest level AYCE b.c that's the most common meats that they send around.

Food was so delicious I cant wait to go back. All of the staff was attentive and made it a great birthday for my bf.
Poor service with the exception of the gauchos who brought the meats. The host was strange when we checked in for our reservation and unclear as to when our reservation would be ready. He then ignored us. A woman checked in with us and explained the menu, took one soda order and disappeared for over twenty minutes. We finally got someone else to help us but it was hard to recover. We had been seated for 45 minutes before we were able to order cocktails, a bottle or wine or food. At the end we were offered one complimentary desert which was a great idea but then it took twenty minutes to arrive. The food was good but the service was so bad that it was an overall mediocre (at best) experience. It’s too expensive for the service to be so weak.
We never want to hear that we delivered mediocre service, as high-quality experiences are what we pride ourselves in. We hope you decide to visit us in the future, as we are sure we can exceed your expectations.
Waitress was terrible. Seems like she left halfway through our meal and we were left to keep asking a manager for help and to order drinks or dessert.

Came here for brunch to celebrate my birthday..we made a reservation thinking it would be busy but when we arrived they were still setting up the market table and didn’t have all the items in it when we were seated so I missed out on trying the salmon and other salads. The selection was ok but not as plentiful as other brunches we’ve gone to. The servers that came around with the skewers of meat came around at a steady pace.. most of the meat was juicy and flavorful. There was no dessert table or offerings of dessert or coffee when we requested the check. For the cost of the brunch it is a bit high for what you get

The ambiance was perfect. The bartender made amazing specialty drinks but that’s where it ended. We were greeted by our server upon sitting and never saw her again. The meat was coming out of the kitchen and never once stopped at our table. We had to flag them down just to get food. The table remained dirty for over 40 minutes before we again flagged someone down to bus it. After complaining to management, they discounted our bill and bought us dessert. We will never go back.

We are always very happy with our experience at this establishment . Food is always great and service very good .
Only got 4 stars this time due to the very rude hostess who definitely needs to reevaluate if that kind of job is for her . She was very stressed as it was busy and she allowed her stress level to translate to the customers !!!

Be prepared to EAT!! There is a huge salad/antipasta bar. If you are a meat lover - this is the restaurant to go to. Drinks can even be prepared chair-side.
A bit pricey, esp. since we went with our kids and they charged for them and they barely ate.

Meats were dry and over cooked, extremely salted and covered with herbs. If your meat quality was any good you wouldn't need to cover it up! Salad bar was average. Not worth the money , many other churasquerias that are better.
Food is great quality. The staff is wonderfully pleasant, attentive and make your dining experience exceptional. I have been there several times since they opened at this location and will continue to do so. One of my favorite restaurants.
Very pleased with our first experience here! Customer service was on point - all staff we encountered were very inviting and helpful. Great selection at the market table & the sides were all tasty, too! The premium cuts were seen less often, but if there was something in particular we were looking for they made sure it came to our table. And that grilled cheese that was circulating?! Yum!! We will definitely be back!

Servers seemed to congregate in one area. Certain servers kept skipping our table to re-rack the meat to sear some more. I prefer the NYC location for better cooked meats and service.
The food was too notch but like always, the top cuts never came around unless we asked for them. Waited 10 minutes for coffee and extra service items.
Upon arrival, they seated us early. The meats came in pretty quickly once we sat down - great variety. The market table (salad bar) had a decent variety. And the little breads at the table were super cheesy and delicious. The passion fruit Caipirinha was amazing!!!!
This will be the first time I ever wrote a bad review for a restaurant in probably a very very long time probably more than five years. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before our reservation at 7:15 there was virtually no one waiting for a table yet when we gave her name we waited approximately 15 minutes and then While they were several tables open the lady who satUs tried to put us at a table as closest possible to the kitchen where it was extremely hot because the kitchen is open to the restaurant. We told her that that was not acceptable and that we would take the table 1 table over that was open as well. We were told that the table was reserved and we asked why would anybody ask for a specific table at this restaurant and she said that it was reserved for a special customer on further investigation we were told that it was reserved for one of the friends of the maître d’. But after several discussions the maître d’ finally allowed us to sit at the table wented I would like to point out they were at least three young ladies standing at the front of the restaurant doing nothing and it took me at least three tries to get their attention each time they ask me my name and the time of my reservation
Once we sat down at the table the waiter didn’t give us more than 30 seconds to look at the menu and wanted us to give him our order. During the course of the meal when we asked for a certain cut of meat we had to ask for it either two or three times before finally somebody came over. The quality of the service although the people were nice was remiss and you could tell that they we’re not professional restaurant tours everyone was nottrained and no time during the of the meal did anyone come over to see if we were enjoying the meal
The bathrooms the bathrooms were not clean and the soap dispensers did not work in the men’s room as you can imagine I am never coming back to this restaurant
It seemed a little chaotic with no real plan. Server was nice but overwhelmed. Very slow service for anyone wanting medium well to well meat. I barely got any meat cooked to my desire but paid the full amount.
The entire experience, from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the resturant was pleasant and relaxing. The front was great, the wait staff were great, the drinks great, and the food did not disappoint.
I would recommend this for people to try BUT be aware that when you order the The Fogo Churrasco Dinner, the premium meats you are suppose to get extra rarely make their way around. I had to ask for the Ribeye and the Beef rib towards the very end. Those were amazing but at that point I was already very full and only had a couple of slivers. It's best to stick with the Brazilian cuts option. Although I will try the full experience once more since this was my first time dining here.

I've been here 2x and the main waiter service has been awful both times. We can never find them. After they take your initial order, they disappear. They dont replenish the salad bar options when they run out either. Food and the waiters that pass around the food are good.
Had a nice lunch on a new special lunch pricing they offered... dinning room is stunning, water kept full.
Salad bar area was great good selection and all items looked and tasted fresh and inviting...
Meat was overall good but again didn’t get all the items...
The passed cheese with honey was spectacular, as was the top sirloin
