We have been there on several occasions but last night was epic the staff was great and very helpful The food is always top notch. One thing was the limited amount of food that did not have bacon which I love but one of my party doesn't eat. But still top tier

This location has improved significantly over the past years, especially with the current patient experience host, however, the actual experience continues to be inconsistent. I just attended the "Wagyu Tasting" event which was a huge letdown. The $49 price per person was certainly very reasonable and included 3 generous wine pours, but the "grand finale" was a huge disappointment. 2 choice cuts were advertised as the enticement for the evening, but my table was only served 1 of the above and we got 2 tiny slices each. When we asked for the 2nd cut we received a few well done leftover pieces that were inedible. The best deal is still the bar menu items and "happy hour" priced drinks. Adding the market table salad bar is great for those who want to breakup the meat fest or the non-carnivore in your group.

The selection was very limited, and all the steaks we tried were tough. The service was also disappointing, as we had to ask twice just to get our water refilled. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

Had an incredible Friday night dinner at Fogo LI with my family. It was actually a do-over dinner after a few mishaps at Fogo. We arrive on time for our reservation and it was honored within 10 mins. We had a perfect table for 4 at the center of the dining room as requested when I made my reservation. The salad bar was fully stocked. Carved table side meats came out promptly as expected. All the waiters were attentive and brought their A game. The manager, Jenny checked in several times on us and on other tables which I was able to see. She remembered us from previous visits and thanked us for coming back. Will we return? YES Do I recommend? YES Feedback - I would like to see more creative cocktails.

Been to this location quite a few times and had really good experiences, but this time was out of the ordinary. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time, premium meats were scarce (even after we paid for them), and the bathrooms needed attention. Overall, I was kind of disappointed with what's going on at the Carle Place location.

We came in yesterday for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, our server’s service was disappointing. She was unfriendly, curt, and rarely checked on us. When we chose the “Best of Brazil” special instead of ordering from the regular menu, her facial expression made us feel as though she disapproved of our choice. We had mentioned the birthday celebration when making our reservation, but no one acknowledged it or asked whether we wanted a birthday dessert for the birthday girl. The hostess was friendly, another woman who stopped by was lovely, and the gentlemen serving the cut meat were very kind and courteous. We appreciated their hospitality, but wish our server had shown the same warmth and attention, especially for a special occasion.

I visited the Fifth Avenue location last year, and the food was fantastic. I was really impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, my experience at the Long Island location was completely different. The meats were extremely dry and disappointing compared to the Fifth Avenue location. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday, expecting the same great experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations.

Food is too expensive and service is poor. Finding a waiter was hard. When main dish was finished they served dessert without first clearing the table. We still had plates and dirty linen when dessert was brought to the table.
