⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have visited approximately 15 Fogo de Chão locations throughout California, Florida, Colorado and Nevada, and the Irvine location is by far our favorite! A huge reason for that is Eva DeJong. She is absolutely loving, warm, and welcoming. Every time we visit, we see her walking around the restaurant, checking on tables, and making sure everyone is having a great experience. You can see her exceptional leadership even from a distance. The gauchos are constantly approaching her with questions, and she is always engaged, approachable, and attentive. Her leadership and customer service truly stand out! Vinicius Amado also deserves recognition for his outstanding hospitality. He always welcomes us warmly and checks on us throughout our meal, making us feel like VIP guests. Nayara and the entire gaucho team are equally wonderful, always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The food is amazing, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well maintained. The salad bar is always fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully presented, which makes the entire dining experience even better. We actually have the Brea location much closer to us, yet we willingly drive approximately 50 minutes to Irvine because the experience is worth it every single time. Eva and the entire Irvine team are the definition of exceptional hospitality. Management should be proud of this team. Their professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests are a major reason we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Overcrowded and noisy. Service was terrible. Had to get my own plate, salad bar was depleted and meats seldom arrived. Extremely disappointed even though I have eaten at many with a good experience.

Terrible service. The host ignore us and give the table to people that arrive after us. We got our drinks 30 minutes after we ordered them. When they come to cut the meat at our table, all the meat juices fell on the table cloth. It was not pleasant to eat on a dirty table. Overpriced food.

Salad bar very disappointing for $50 Not many options to choose from . Happy hour Chardonnay wasn’t available and the server was very rude to my mom and didn’t offer her a substitute , told her that it was a privilege for her to come to the establishment.
