Terrible service today. One of the steak servers spilled the juices on my phone. Another steak server dropped a piece of steak on my lap. A server accidentally brought another refill before. They gave it to us and charged us for it. The customer service was terrible. I kept getting pushed to leave. I can’t support this location anymore.

The meat servers were extremely slow making it to our table. It was a slow midweek night. After we informed our waitress they began to pick up the pace.

Great food and service, but deceptive promotional pricing… We visited Fogo de Chão after seeing an inviting advertising campaign promoted through emails, social media, and the restaurant’s website. The advertisement lauded, “If you’re seeing this, it’s your sign to book Fogo for $49,” promoting what appeared to be a special dining experience called Best of Brazil. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the advertised offer. When we arrived, our servers seemed unfamiliar with the promotion, and the only option presented to us was the Churrasco experience at $70 per person. That’s $21 more per person, or approximately 43% above the advertised price. Fogo’s website does caution that the advertised price may be $5 higher in certain markets, but we saw no disclosure that would explain a $21 difference. The steak was excellent, and the service was otherwise great. However, the pricing discrepancy and lack of transparency left us feeling misled. We weren’t necessarily looking for an inexpensive meal. We simply expected the advertised promotion to be available or, at the very least, for someone to explain why it wasn’t. It’s disappointing when an otherwise enjoyable dining experience is overshadowed by concerns about advertising transparency. The steak and the service were great, but the pricing and deceptive advertising left us with an uneasy feeling.

Overall, the quality of food was good but the amount of time it took for entrees to come out was unacceptable. They did take care of the meal bc of that. But, it affected the overall celebration and dinner.
