Outstanding food and service. Have been several times and have never been disappointed.
The variety and quality of the food is incredible. Tapas style small plates and sushi/ceviche so you can try lots of different flavours and then the bao buns are a lot larger and a real highlight
Very good quality food and service. Would go again
Lovely restaurant and food is amazing! We felt slightly rushed to get through our meal but other than that had a lovely time!
The calamari was good, not the best I’ve tasted. It was a bit too salty and oily for my liking.
The smoked pork ribs were also good but I wish the flavour was more intense/a dipping sauce came with it.
The cherry ice cream was really delicious.
I got a yuzu berry soda which tasted very food but there was more ice than drink.
The pricing wasn’t too bad but that’s because the eat out to help scheme took some money off. I would say without the money off the food is quite pricey for what it is.
The staff were very lovely and helpful too.
I would definitelt visit Flesh and Buns again, but would try something different from the menu.
I went there during eat out to help out with my friend. Potion was big ! I had duck and my friend had pork belly. They were so tasty we really enjoyed. Desert was unique.. cherry ice cream was the best !
Our server was very rude from the beginning, disappointing because the food was actually delicious.
Great food, nice ambiance, overall had a lovely evening
I really enjoyed my time here. Friendly team and fantastic food.
Great food and service, would definitely recommend!
Beautiful place and lovely food with great customer service. Will definitely return!
The ambience and experience at F&B was great. We did the chicken bao buns very greasy. The tuna sashimi and sea bass cerviche had lovely flavours.
Lovely and unusual food, cooked to perfection. Pisco sour was great. Nice ambience. We will be back.
It was a lovely experience, the setting is quirky and beautiful, a great ambience. The staff al so helpful and friendly and the food was so delicious! We over ordered but managed to eat it all as it was so so wonderful! Thank you to all at Flesh and Buns fur such a great lunch!
Really not happy with my visit to this restaurant. After hearing such great reviews I thought I’d bring my friend for her birthday...the food took over 40 mins to get to the table and didn’t come at the same time and wasn’t great or what I expected. The service was extremely slow when the restaurant wasn’t even all that busy. Really disappointed.
Booked a table for 9pm - ordered a substantial amount from the menu, wings were par boiled and tasted as such. Meals were really staggered in duration from the point of order to delivery. Prawn tampura was poorly rolled. Was not a great experience for a flag ship restaurant. Been to the Covenant Garden venue before and was great. This was rubbish to be honest!
Everything was exceptional despite the fact that the staff were clearly very busy! The one exception I would say is that the disabled toilet does not have a baby changing board which is really disappointing as we love flesh and buns! Would be great if the restaurant installed this as I’m sure all the mummies on their mat leave would love to come during the weekdays when it’s a quieter time to trade!
The online menu doesn't work for all mobile devices but we managed.
Absolutely fantastic! :)
Great food, great service, great value with their extended food deal. Was worth trekking into town for !
We had a beautiful dinner here with delicious food and excellent service from our waiter However, the maître d' (or who we assumed was the maître d') didn't quite have the social skills or decorum to ask us to leave our table, for the next covers, in an adequate manner. Instead we were made to feel uncomfortable 10 minutes before our 2-hour time was up and were ushered out by him three time before this, as if we'd outstayed our slot by 20 minutes rather than just finishing our drinks still within the 2 hour time frame.
Amazing food and the still have the eat out to help out discount!
The meat was delicious as well as the Korean chicken wings! Will definitely go back. Really good deal with the eat out to help out scheme.
Food was ok, service was a little slow and even though I asked twice (including when we arrived) if they could write happy birthday on my husbands plate when we ordered dessert they forgot
Place was full & quite noisy, perhaps from the unlimited Prosecco menu on offer.
Lovely place and incredibly well valued in comparison to places similar to it. I wouldn't haven't have the sushimi though because it doesn't taste as fresh but their rolls and buns are amazing
Food was amazing, best restaurant we’ve ever been to. Waiters were very helpful and always available and very prompt. Will definitely be back
Delicious with different tastes.
The atmosphere and vibe was nice, especially for dinner. We ordered a few dishes to share between two people from the hot stone rice, one bao bun dish, tempura sushi, fried crab (which is amazing btw) and the chips and dips. We had a mocktail and cocktail along with it which was a nice balance. The price is good, a little higher than I would like as the dishes weren't too filling but would defo recommend a visit.
Awesome food, excellent portion sizes for mains/buns. The ceviche was excellent. Our waiter from Sevilla was really kind and helpful and did an awesome job looking after us. Give that man a raise!
Fantastic food and impeccable service! Highly recommend
We really enjoyed our visit, great food and a great ambiance! We will be back soon!
Always a great meal there with good service, the wings are a must!
Alice our server was lovely :) Nice selection of food and lovely ambience
Starting with the slightly shambolic service, whilst we were explained the QR code concept on arrival, we weren't explained the menu or that the "Press for Pisco" buttons were not in use. It was only upon questioning what was meant to happen that we were informed of this. Belatedly, we were told it was two-for-one Pisco sours prior to 7pm - it would have been useful if our hostess and given us this information on arrival.
Whilst the food was good, we found the service a little disappointing and although we asked to split the bill one of the party inadvertently ended up footing the entire thing as the waitress didn't split it. Whilst I still remember, some good points - the mixed ceviche was decent (tuna a little fishy but it was a bank holiday, so you win some, you lose some) although the server couldn't remember which ceviche was which. The bao buns were light and fluffy and aubergine dish tasty albeit over saucy...
As usual, the food and drinks were made to a high standard. We were served quickly and our food came quick. A much larger and modern space compared to the Covent Garden branch and so I recommend it more for groups.
First time eating out since February for our family. Loved this place prior to Covid and still love it. Even more so with the EOHO offer. Had the brunch menu with free flowing prosecco as it was Bank Holiday Monday. Food is yum as usual. That crispy belly pork is a must and their chicken yakitori and Japanese fried chicken are delicious. Fried squid also good. Had our own booth and felt separated enough from other diners. Attentive waiter Benny :)
Such a lovely place. Cocktails are awesome and sushi really fresh.
Great food, service, loved the bottomless brunch!
Would highly recommend this restaurant!
Staff was attentive, great food! Really happy we went for the brunch as it was definately great value and volume for £39. Was stuffed and very merry by the end of it. Coming again next month!
