Our server was absolutely outstanding for her first night being a server. She did such an amazing job and which I tipped her $20....not because it was her first night but because she took care of us and really made us feel welcome within the restaurant.
The website made this place look much fancier than it was. Decent service. Food was ok, but they were out of multiple items on their menu. Social distancing could have been better. We were seated right next to another table when there were plenty of other open tables.
Service challenged. App wasn’t brought when ready so over cooked and then cold. One of four entrees wasn’t ‘printed out’ at all, so put in late and came after others finished.
Food was tasty though.
Staff and customers needed masks.
My wife and I took 5 of our grandchildren here for dinner. They range in age from 3 to 11. We had a good time and really enjoyed the food and service. My 6 year old grandson said it was the best shrimp he had on the island. Will go back again.
Flatbreads as a good selection of reasonably riced appetizers and a worthwhile Happy Hour. But I like the hamburgers best. Very good value. And the IPA is good too..
Just on a 3 day vacation from Charlotte
They had piped in music at the sane time as a live performance. Very distracting. Also server disappeared for a while and acted irritated every time we requested anything.
Wet rundown and old and didn’t feel very clean
Casual, great for lunch especially with kids!
The restaurant was clean, great location. Our food came out quickly and was delicious! Price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely go back.
Was with family party of 9 and had one hour before a theatre event. Service was good and prompt. Menu is creative and a good value. Everyone was happy.
We were seated as soon as we arrived and server was very helpful as this was our first visit. Food was good but our flat bread wasn't hot when it came out but the gladly took it and reheated.
Average food and service at slightly above average prices.
Delicious and reasonably priced.
Slow service - nice atmosphere
Grouped Sandwich was very good- both fries and grilled. Recommend sitting on the back deck: it is surrounded by trees and you can still here the live entertainment in the background without being overwhelmed
Excellent food and service.
Friendly service and great food.
Looks like it used to be a better spot through the reviews... very average restaurant
The food was ok. The pizza was not very good but the kids enjoyed it. Got nachos and they seemed stale. Burger and quesadilla were decent. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Not a bad place but nothing to write home about.
The food was mediocre, service was incredibly slow, and our server was both inattentive and rude. I was in Hilton Head for a week and had outstanding food and excellent service everywhere else. Do yourself a favor and pick any other place!
Food, service, and ambience were all unremarkable.
Rude service, food wasn’t good. We were looking forward to trying it but definitely will not go back.
Terrible...service was terrible...manager on duty was rude when advised of aggressive dog situation involving young children...outdoor seating was uncomfortable due to inoperative ceiling fans that evidently had been ineffective due to sparks and smoke when turned on. Wouldn’t wish this place on anyone.
Are outside patio, great and shaded with live music
Excellent food at very reasonable price. Ice cold beverages. Prompt friendly service. Service improved from last year’s visit. Look forward to dining here on next year’s vacation.
Great outdoor dining area with very good food. Arrived at a time when it was not very busy, however, the service was slow and overall unacceptable. That said, there was live music outside, so we were able to keep the kids entertained and the food was very good.
This is our third or fourth time at Flatbreads. Our first time was really good, and the location is good, so we keep trying. This will be our last time.
Our waitress was unfriendly. Then when I pointed to the Monday Margarita special for $5 and told her I wanted it frozen she never informed me that there would be an additional cost. The margarita was awful and I only drank about 1/3 of it.
My husband also pointed to the daiquiri that he wanted when he ordered. Unknown to him, he was pointing to a virgin drink for $5-he thought it was another drink special. Of course she didn’t correct him, but went right ahead and charged him another $4.
Don’t mind paying the extra money but she could have been more vocal about the cost of our choices. His drink was also awful. Was supposed to be a strawberry daiquiri but there was no taste of strawberry-artificial or otherwise.
The food was ok. The coconut shrimp was over cooked so the coconut flavor was burned away. The salad was good.
We stopped here on our first night in Hilton Head. While their other dishes were pretty good, the flatbread (which is their namesake) was very average. Also, we sat on a patio in a shopping center - not really the ambience we had been hoping for. Otherwise, they have really great specials for food and beer! And everyone was really nice. I probably would not eat here again, but it was a pretty good time.
