Come enjoy our authentic upscale Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs carve tableside, premium cuts of fire-grilled meats including Picanha, filet mignon, lamb, pork & chicken. You will enjoy many choices of meats as you wish, and as many times as you wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. Our market fresh salad table features various dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Traditional Brazilian accompaniment is served throughout each meal including cinnamon coated banana, Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and caramelized grilled pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

[sac] Brazilian steakhouse—new and improved! 🔥 . If you love going to Brazilian steakhouses for the AYCE rodizio experience, but your eyes always end up bigger than your stomach, this new concept from @flameroseville is perfect for you! . @flameroseville has a new lunch menu offering a variety of apps and personal-sized meat boards 😍 While each board holds nearly half a pound of meat, you can take leftovers to-go, unlike the traditional rodizio experience. It’s also great for those who know what they love and just want to stick to 1-2 of their favorite meats 🥩 . @flameroseville is launching new happy hour deals and earlier lunch hours as well, so be sure to check those out! Thank you @flameroseville for having me ❤️ . Featured: @flameroseville tri-tip sliders on pao de quiejo 🍔 picanha & tri tip board 🥩 pork belly & garlic steak board 🍖 house salad 🥗

Restaurant was temporarily closed. We don’t even live in the area. Made a reservation, drove an hour for restaurant to be closed. One would think they would update on here so reservations can be made for the time being.

This has been our favorite restaurant for date nights once a month for the past 4 years but it’s just not the same anymore. It’s been 2 times in a row that the service it’s just not good anymore. The meats are not seasoned at all , dry meat even though we kept telling the gauchos to give us something better but we kept getting flavorless and dry meat . It took 45 minutes to get my drink last night . Very disappointed and sad to say we need to find a new place for date nights.

This is a unique dining experience. Be prepared to feast on sone of the best food you’ve ever had, but you must understand how it works. First, you select your array of cheeses, salads, side dishes and more from the food bar. Then, seasoned roasted meats are carried to your table on a sword and sliced for you at your request. There is beef, pork, lamb, chicken and more that come out of the kitchen every few minutes. You select which meats to enjoy. There is also delicious pineapple, plantains, and breads. The wine list is extensive. I love this place for special occasions and upscale dates. It is not a place for shorts and sandals and you should plan for $150 for two, plus tip. You will get your money’s worth and make a nice memory.

This experience was to make up for a bad Valentine's Res mishap. This place wasn't responsible for that mishap. So the place was slightly empty but it had just opened for lunch. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was attentive. Probably the best thing served was the egg salad (I have been craving egg salad lately 🤷🏽) and the pineapple. I ate too much pineapple 😁. Overall I like this place and feel we will be back at some point. Great vibes, good food

For Valentine’s dinner, I understood that they were gonna be busy, but I did not consider how busy they really were. We arrive 10 minutes early of our reservation time as instructed on the website. Our reservation time came and went and finally after a half an hour wait we were seated at our table in a high traffic area. Now I understand that they were very busy, and at least we were not seated outside. While we were waiting for a table, we went to the bar, as what was suggested by the hosting staff, surprisingly, they had only staffed one bartender. After about a 20 minute wait to order drinks, the bartender took care of us, have to admit I kind of felt bad for the guy because he was hustling and shuffling, trying to take care of everything so I left him a really nice tip for his effort. As we were sitting at the table, the waiter, who was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of things going on, asked if we wanted water which we said that we did and then we waited for water. Ultimately, I took it upon myself to get up and get my own water, which I ended up doing twice. This was after it was noticed that my glass was empty and I simply just couldn’t wait any longer. The food servers seem to just be going at random tables, which was fine however two different servers and I made contact and I raised my hand to get a selection of meat off their skewers and they walked away. Not sure what happened there, but whatever. Overall, I’m giving the experience a two, I think that the business overbooked and was literally overwhelmed for the amount of staff. I feel that they should have a limited number of reservations however I appreciate they were trying to accommodate everybody, but it did make for a lacking dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly when he was there at the table and again he seemed completely overwhelmed and barely managing his section. My two star review is because of the long wait despite having a reservation and having to serve myself water.

The salad bar needed replenishing and the food was cold. It took a while for the meat to come out my date never received his request. It was very disappointing. I go there from time to time. I will not go back anytime soon. The meat selection was like lunchtime at its best. I can’t believe cold potatoes, soup, and all hot items are cold. A total waste of money. Inam usually satisfied.

Unique experience, incredible service, gourmet buffet and a constant stream of interesting new meats coming by the table. I imagine it might not have been as great if they were packed, but on our Wednesday night visit, we couldn't have asked for more.
