Flambé was founded in March 2024 with a simple yet profound vision: to create a gathering place where friends and family could come together to savor delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Not everyone was open to the changes that Flambe brought to what was already a restaurant under a different name, however that only fueled our passion and culinary dreams even more.
Situated beside Trim castle giving us a magnificent view, our journey began in November 2023 when we made the move to take over Franzinis.
Our authentic Neapolitan woodfire pizza is just one of our Flambé taste sensations. Baked in our Marana woodfire oven that was lovingly imported from Italy our pizza menu has a woodfire pizza for every taste, if you love pizza the Flambé Neapolitan one is a must try, we have the best woodfire pizza in county Meath and we are proud of it!

We hope that those who dine in Flambé will return time and again to indulge in our culinary creations as well as our tempting wine list.

    We visited Flambe on Halloween night. We were very happy to see Franco had returned, as always Franco was friendly and showed us to our table. The service was immediate and we had our drinks within minutes. Our orders were taken promptly and our food arrived quickly, we were pleasantly surprised as the restaurant was very busy. Our starter Bruschetta was the best I've ever had, I highly recommend this starter. Our main meal was also excellent, overall I would recommend Flambe, for it's environment, service and high quality of food.

    Very disappointing experience. I had made a reservation, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find it in their booking system and had to try to find us a table. We only wanted to have a few drinks and share some food, and I had specifically booked for drinks as we were only planning to stay for around 40 minutes. However, they insisted that everyone had to order a full meal, even after we explained our plans. To make things worse, the staff member dealing with us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of trying to accommodate us, he made the whole experience uncomfortable. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    We visited Flambé as a family of six to celebrate our son's Junior Cert results and wanted to go somewhere a little special. It was our first visit, although it most definitely won't be our last! I have to say, I'm genuinely surprised there aren't queues out the door of this place. What a fantastic restaurant! The exterior is gorgeous, and when we stepped inside, it didn't disappoint. The interior is just beautiful, so tastefully done, and the whole place has such a lovely, welcoming feel to it. The staff, without exception, were absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and attentive, and I honestly couldn't fault a single one of them. Now, as for the food, well, I really don't think words can do it justice! We eat out quite regularly, and I can honestly say this was the nicest meal we've had out in a very long time. Everything was so fresh, the portions were plentiful, the presentation was beautiful, and the taste of every single dish was just gorgeous. There were six of us, all having different things, and not one of us could find a single fault with anything. It really was that good! And then there's the price! €35 for a three-course early bird menu. What incredible value for money, especially considering the quality and the amount of food we were served. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. Something else I wanted to mention, because I really appreciated it, was that there was no service charge automatically added to our bill. As a family of six, we're so used to this happening that it was genuinely refreshing to be left to decide ourselves what we wanted to tip. We went out hoping for a lovely meal to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn't have picked a better place. We will most certainly be back, and I suspect it'll be sooner rather than later! A huge thank you to every single member of staff. You're an incredible team, and I really hope this restaurant gets the recognition it deserves. If you haven't been to Flambé in Trim yet, you're missing

    Considering it,s location , decor, staff and and great food the place should be way more busy with locals. .We pop up from Summerhill every 2nd week or so. ..If a bus happens it,ll be every week. . 2 people can have a super pizza each and a drink for not much more than the nearby chipper!!. . Folks need to get in and support it'

    We have enjoyed the food in Flambé the first two visits there. I would think it would be a good idea to maybe have more choice in the dessert menu.

    Food was lovely waited 40 minutes for starter we weren't in a hurry and about the same again for mains. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was busy Perhaps more staff needed in the kitchen.

    Our family of 14 really enjoyed our experience. Food was really good and well presented and service was very efficient and friendly. We really liked the background music too. We would recommend Flambé for a lovely meal in nice surroundings
