Trying this restaurant for the first time - and we loved it. Nice setting, good service and the food was amazing. I had a trout wellington, the pastry was so fine and the trout filet cooked to perfection. Also the vegetables with the dish were cooked to perfection as was a side a beans I ordered. My wife had breadcrumbed fish & chips and also loved it, as did our guest who ordered the catch of the day. Will definitely go back.

Awesome service, amazing food!
Jo and Jean Luc were professional, friendly, with a lovely sense of humour and made us feel really welcome.
We shared 3 entrees between the two of us, the scallops, the tuna and the bugs tail, all were exceptional, just deliciousness and class on a plate.
For mains we had the crispy fish which was perfectly cooked and served on this delightful sauce, it was superb.
This hidden gem is by far the best restaurant in the area and we look forward to trying the rest of the menu there.

We (a group of four) chose the 5 course degustation which included four entrees and the main 'fish of the day' meal. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious. The size portions were perfect too. Our waiter, Jean-Luc looked after us very well and helped us to choose some lovely wines. We particularly liked the rosé from Provence.
We caught a maxi taxi to the restaurant from Noosaville but had a long wait for one to collect us at the end of the evening. The restaurant manager insisted on driving us back to our accommodation. Now that is service 'above and beyond'.
All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were impressed by the skills of the head chef - Alex.

The food is excellent, beautifully prepared and presented, with incredible flavours. Our party of 5 loved every dish, and especially the wasabi tuna tartare, the ocean trout, and the fish curry.

Have been here a few times and have always had a good experience staff very attentive but this time the good fell short of our expectations.... I usually have the whole Gish which is always great this time both my husband and I had the fish curry which was very average my son had the steak which was very small and served with very soggy shoestring fries... our other guest had the fish of the day which she said was very good.... hope the kitchen sorts itself out as the staff deserve to be able to continue to serve the great food we have grown to ecpect

Friendly, welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere. When my husband's main turned out to be so popular it was no longer available, the waiter offered him a comparable dish that wasn't on the menu. He found it to be more delicious than his anticipated meal. Above and beyond. Everyone's plates were scraped clean!

Our first visit to Fish was very pleasing. Online table booking was easy, parking available on a week night. Service was friendly and efficient, food was excellent except the fries which were not to my taste. Perhaps a choice of chunky style and crispy style would be good. My husband raved about the chowder which he had as a main and really enjoyed. My calamari was tender and tasty and the batter very light and crispy.
We enjoyed our dinner but found the area a little boring, once the gardens grow it will change. As the setting is in the garden I expected plants in the restaurant or maybe plant based pictures.

An excellent addition to the Noosa dining scene. An simple but effective menu, with a nice choice of dishes (especially for the Ceoliac in our group). Delicate portions and a fish curry to Rival Noosa Beach House. Perhaps a bit more planting in the dining area to assist with the Ambience and a few mosquitos at this time of year but that is a minor compliant. Attentive service and all round an excellent dinner. We will be back.

Being a local, I am always on the lookout for a new restaurant to try.
I found Fish outstanding in all areas and will have no hesitation in recommending my friends go there.

The service was a little slow at first. We had to ask the waiter/waitress to take our BYO bottles of wine and refrigerate them. The food was excellent however they had run out of the fish 3 of us had ordered and only had 2 left. Overall we very much enjoyed the evening and highly recommend the restaurant.

Difficult to achieve much ambience with lots of concrete and plastic chairs, especially on a rainy day with plastic drop down screens. But the food is good and service friendly. Especially good to be BYO.

A lovely setting with good service. I had the prawn cocktail then barramundi, which were both good but not stunning. My husband though the same about his calamari starter, followed by gold band snapper. Expensive -- $180 for two courses each and a bottle of reasonable chardonnay.
