We ordered the $45 prepaid package, you can choose a starter and a main from a few options. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Everything had so much flavour and the portion sizes were just right. The foccacia was amazing, so soft and fluffy. We decided to get the tiramisu and our lovely waiter made it at the table for us. It was huge so we took the leftovers home and it tasted even better the next day. The atmosphere of the dining room is so cozy, it’s luxurious and quiet and perfect for a date night or special occasion. We will definitely be back. Thank you Firma for a memorable night!

Orden the truffle mashed potatoes it’s the best! I hope they could include more pasta and more truffle menu! Haha but good restaurant

Our interstate guest’ flight to Brisbane was delayed by 2hrs but the staff took it in their stride and looked after us until he arrived. Great meals and service Thx

We had an opportunity to dine in what I think is Brisbane’s newest Italian restaurant. The front of house staff are engaging and love what they do, the familiarity was like we belonged there, almost family. The food defn takes us back to eating in Italy regional towns. Nonna type pastas presented with wow, osso bucco to perfection and the theatre of tiramisu assembled at table created a lovely sense of occasion.

Firma sits in the same space as the previous signature restaurant at Emporium but the change of cuisine has also brought a lesser experience to the space. Distracted front of house staff are great at the start but service falls away significantly over the course of dinner. I am always unimpressed when I have to seek out the wine bottle to serve myself as the glasses are empty and the front of house is chatting with regulars. I guess having the guests pour their own wine saves on staff. Training of the new staff member was unfinished and the poor lass was out of her depth with the language and the skill set required. Which would have been forgiven if the food had risen above mediocre. I’m still trying to work out how the chef made the Osso Bucco so dry and inedible I left half on the plate. A truly underwhelming version of a classic. The knowledge of the Italian wines on the list was noticeably absent so I chose a New Zealand Pinot instead. It’s a shame that this place does not provide an experience which matched the price.
