Slightly disappointed here, we made reservations for a 6:00 dinner and upon arrival asked to wait longer. We weren’t seated until about 27 minutes after our reservation time frame. We had dinner on a Sunday night and it seemingly wasn’t busy... empty tables all around so we weren’t sure what the wait was about. Once seated the waitress was kind and quick to come over. The food was amazing! Drinks were just okay (lemon drop was sticky and too tart) but we tried a few and some were better. I’m not sure we’d return back after the long wait for a date night that made our experience more expensive paying a sitter too.

We had been waiting awhile to be seated. But, was accommodated by the manager, Sasha. She was very nice while we waited for a both. Asking us if we'd like something to drink. I would give her a 5 star rating. She was just so nice, accommodating and professional. The food was good, except for the steak my fiancée ordered was too salty. Our waiter was very nice too. He said he would alert the kitchen. Then Sasha came over and also said she alert the kitchen. I said the waiter was doing that, but she said she'd go over too. Professional and pleasant. We don't always get the attention in other restaurants like that in other restaurants!

As always, loved the food! Normally service is okay, but Sue was exceptional! Definitely going to ask for her when we go back !

We had a reservation for 6. We didn't seat until after 630. We ordered our food almost immediately, then didn't receive our food for about 40 minutes. We were seated along the wall by the windows. The was a constant flow of air which required everyone in our party to have to wear a coat the entire time. The food was good, prepared as requested. The server was attentive and helpful.

First time I ever went there, and had an amazing time. I left so full. Martini was good and strong, ahi tuna was delicious, steak was perfect! And the creme brûlée cheesecake is the best.

We didn’t wait long at all past our reservation. I loved the atmosphere and the open kitchen! Staff were friendly and covid protocol seemed to be in order. Only complaint was my steak was wrapped in bacon, but the bacon was charred black in spots and then others flabby. I picked it off and the steak itself was fine!

Excellent food and service. Covid19 protocols in place and we felt safe in the environment.

Our favorite restaurant. They need to start making crab cakes though.

My fiancé and I came here for Valentine’s Day and it was wonderful. Sasha Bushra and Tim are the best managers ever! And our server Chris was fantastic. Food was delicious and drinks were on point. Wish there was one closer to Smyrna.

My wife and i were there to celebrate our anniversary. Firebirds is our favorite steak house to go to. The food is well prepared and the service is friendly. The problem i had was i like my steak medium well and it was undercooked. I didn't complain because it wasnt the first time. We drive 45 mins to eat there so it is a disappointing

Valentines

Imagine actually thinking there would be intimacy and ambiance dining in for Valentines Day especially with only 30% max occupancy NOT! I understand the COVID situation and the need to spread out but for the 30% that do venture out to dine in they should be pampered a little on Valentines Day and not positioned literally along the makeshift take out wall where they are sorted with the kitchen boss talking loud as if he’s in your ear. If it wasn’t for our unbelievably professional appreciative waitress it would not of been worth it on this special day. Tip there has been enough time to set your business up for both dine in and take out so build a temp taller wall so the receipts taped on the existing wall and beautiful array of take out containers arent the center of attention. Now the food was average and desert outstanding and drinks average even though margaritas are typically in a “real” wide margarita glass not beer glass. It will be a while before I spend $150 again.

They were out of brownies for our dessert and they modified the dessert.

Reservation was at 8:45pm, got there at 8:30pm, didn't get seated until 9:20pm. The hostess' ignored me for several minutes and were allowing other customers to seat before us even though we had reservations for an earlier time. I had asked why they were seated before my party since we had gotten there before them and they stated "There reservation time was at 8:45 as well but since they reserved a spot before you they go first". I don't understand that due to the fact that we were there early, they arrived around 8:55 and exclaimed that there reservation was at 9pm because we were chatting and they had asked us how long we were waiting for. But I don't understand why my party was waiting for over half an hour especially since we had made reservations. Moving onto the food, messed up the temps at which the steaks were supposed to be cooked at, but they were still phenomenal. I have never had a nicer waiter, his name was Chris, great guy and very understanding, 10/10. I have been here a couple times before and haven't experienced anything like this, isn't a total deal breaker but if you make a reservation, make sure that you seat them accordingly please.

Food was good but the service wasn't that great. We had to continuously ask for water to be refilled and she didn't even bother to ask how the food was. Basically get you in and out as fast as possible

Dinner was delicious. We ordered the dinner for two for 34.95 per person. The portions were very adequate. Lots of food.

The server Heather was great. My younger son has a milk protein allergy and she and the rest of the staff were very aware of that fact and made sure the ribs, fries, and broccoli that he ordered was free of any milk allergies. The manager even brought that dish separately. The rest of the food was very good and brought out in a timely fashion. Restaurant was a little busy and full even with COVID restrictions, but all in all a great experience.

Service was fair at best

The meal and service were excellent. Did a great job while maintaining COVID precautions. Dined with two other couples. We were all very happy with every aspect of the dining experience. Highly recommend.

All of the experiences at Firebirds have been positive. Even during this pandemic Firebirds created the social distance requirements with skill and professionalism.

Everything was cool. Th food just needed more seasoning. Warm beverages other than tea and coffee should be added to the menu.

Enjoyed a beautiful, secluded birthday dinner with my family. The waitress was EXCELLENT!!!

The service is always great from the host/hostess station to the servers! I showed up super early but was able to get a seat at the bar. Everything was good except the wings. The first two times I went the wings were absolutely amazing. There was a smokey flavor that did not require any sauce. They were like dusted with this delicious dry rub flavor. But when I went this last time, the only wings I saw on the menu were regular hot wings, so I ordered them without the sauce thinking it was the same thing I had last time, and it wasn't. They were plain and bland. I'm so confused. Maybe they took them off the menu or maybe I missed it. Anyway, that was my only complaint because I really, really loved those wings and drove all the way from Philly to get them!
