Our reservation had high expectations, but there were many disappointments. Overall the food was adequate, receiving the salad before getting our cocktails was disappointing. Also not having any direction as to valet was VERY disappointing. Our evening was not what we expected!

I’m very disappointed by my experience here. The food is terrible and incredibly overpriced. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca and almost laughed when it came out. The chicken was tiny and overdone with a little bit of prosciutto slapped on top. Served on super runny mashed potatoes. I’ve had meals on an airplane that were more impressive. 2 beers, 1 bread/dips appetizer, chicken saltimbocca, and a pasta dish came to over $100 before tip. That is unbelievable.

Expected the atmosphere/acoustic to be a little loud as we read a few reviews before visiting Fiorenzo. Sasha, our server was great. However, when I questioned why bread and butter cost $11 we were advised too much bread gets wasted. I certainly understand saving $ but perhaps ask your patrons or customers if they even want bread. I ate at Bull & Bear several weeks ago and they didn't charge us for bread and butter but were asked if we wanted it. Capital Grill serves bread free of charge as well. We still ordered the bread and once served, it was mediocre but the butter was hard...butter should always be soft when served with bread. A glass of iced tea was $4....seriously $4? The butternut squash was great. My Caesar salad had too much dressing (and I like dressing too) and my scallops were barely room temperature so I had to ask for them to be remade. We shared the peach dessert and expected it to have a little crunch for the topping and were disappointed. We will not be returning to this venue. Next venue, please...

Everything was outstanding except it was loud due to the hard surfaces (like most restaurants) and we had to speak up in order to hear each other nevertheless a fantastic dining experience.

Overall the experience was fair. The main problem was the ambience, we feel like the place was way too bright for dinner and that the tables should be placed in more convenient places and not next to cornerstones. The tables could be more spaced out and more in the open instead of corners. The food was good and the service was excellent, but the problem was the ambience.
