FIG & OLIVE Meatpacking
Excellent service and delicious food.
Great food, service and ambiance
Gathering of friends after a Broadway show. Service / waitress was fantastic and drinks and food were wonderful!
From the crostini to the lobster salad and the cheesecake finish, everything was fabulous. Food, service - nothing was lacking. A favorite. The chef knows how to blend flavors so that everything is amazing.
Came here for dinner on a Thursday night, this location had great ambiance with live music. Appetizers were excellent, highly suggest their crostini’s, entree courses were a major disappointment. Good for business dinners, date night ans everyday dining.
Great food, great ambiance and great service. Perfect place for a get together with friends.
This is a beautiful restaurant. The interior really is stunning!
We had a gorgeous meal and our service was excellent.
Fig and Olive NYC has a fabulous setting. It was quiet and not too crowded when we were there. The food is amazing and the price are very reasonable for the quality. It's was a pleasant surprise and I'll be coming again for some more. I went to the one between Chelseen and Greenwhich in the meatpacking district, it is near the Highline and in a great neighborhood which is nice if you have friends visiting for instance.
Always An amazing experience. I have food allergies. The chefs never disappoint me. The service is phenomenal. Friends from out of state loved Fig. Always great to walk off supper on the ahifh alone ❤️.
Service was the standout here. Food and ambiance - not so much. A safe choice for a quick bite.
I spoke with Brigite about my awful experience. I was basically tucked in a corner, rushed to place an order because the kitchen was closing. Then I was left unattended and had to ask other staff members to assist me.
Amazing Sunday brunch. The jazz band is a great addition to a very enjoyable and beautiful environment. Food was great. I loved the Provençal omelette and the rose sangria. Service was impeccable.
Wonderful meal and service.
Everytime we're in New York we visit Fig & Olive and so far they haven't disapointed us. Love the food, ambiance and neighbourhood. Also good service.
We made reservations, and the people who walked in 5 seconds before us got the last food tableC while we were relegated to a side table next to a wall. What’s the point of making a reservation if walk-ins can get the good tables regardless?
Pricey for what you get, but it is the Meatpacking. No complaints on the food quality wise, just had an issue as my friend flagged she's gluten sensitive, the very friendly server said they'd leave any issue items out and her plate arrived with two pieces of toast smack on top. No follow up about how our food was either to mention it.
Cuisine is tasty and creative. Ambiance is open and airy. There are, however, too many tables in too little space, making one feel a bit packed in.
Food was generally very nice and tasty. Service was also very good. For a dinner in this price range I expect a bit more. Especially some time to relax after a hectic day in New York. Aperitif, bread, starters, main course, espresso, check in 40 minutes. 140US$ spent without a great experience and a need to come back.
Delicious food, friendly service. Relaxed dining. Only the music [live band which was really nice] just a bit too loud. Made dining talking difficult
Would definitely go back
Always a pleasure. Beautiful people, good food.
It was not our first time at Fig&Olives meatpacking and we enjoyed once again the excellent food and delicious cocktails. The menu offers many choices to accommodate everyone's taste. Highly recommend.
Excellent meal with terrific service. A great place for dinner after a walk on the High Line.
sat outside. nice night and great option
Have been to this restaurant many times. Always a classy nite. Not so this trip waited forever for the waitress to take a drink order. Finally called the hostess over to get it done. Ordered Salmon salad and wasn’t asked how I wanted it done. It was dry and tasteless. After dinner we ordered a few more drinks and told the waitress we would take a check. She brought one drink and the check. Forgot the other drink but it was on the check. Cleared it up but for the money the service should be better.
The food was delicious. We got to sit outside enjoying the wonderful weather.
The best brunch experience with the most delicious crostini, mushroom croquettes, and mushroom scrambled eggs. The hostess and manager were very friendly (as always), but our server was inattentive. He hardly came by to ask if we needed anything, so I had to look for nearby help to get the salt and pepper. Overall, Fig & Olive is my favorite place, but the service this time did not deserve 5 stars.
It was a very nice brunch with friends
We really recomend for everyone
Very nice place even if a little bit noisy. Very good food but too expensive. Service kind and fast. I would definitively recomend to a friend
Our waiter was lovely and the food was fantastic! Wonderful drink selection as well.
Very loud, had an event and still pushed in people. Food came out dry as probably had been awaiting the table service from the kitchen for a while.
Extremely loud in this location
This was a business dinner with colleagues from abroad. I had been at this restaurant in the past and thought my colleagues would enjoy it. The restaurant didn't disappoint. Food choices were excellent and we found the wine list to be truly complementary to the food menu. Can't wait to dine here again with friend or my wife. Loved it!
Great food and service
We came with friends to celebrate our engagement. The team was warm and friendly, the food delicious! I had never had blood orange olive oil, but wow! it was amazing along with the 18 year aged balsamic, and all of our entrees. It was simply wonderful. Highly recommend.
The Fig & Olive site in the Meatpacking District is one of my "go to" restaurants when I visit New York. It has a clean, upscale interior, the location is certainly interesting and the service has always been outstanding. Our server was Hanna (she has been my server on several occasions) and she is attentive and intuitive. One of the people at our table said he couldn't decide what to have and just asked her to select something. She did and he loved it. This isn't a high gourmet restaurant but the menu is creative, fresh and well prepared. And, it is reasonable.
The manager Ron is the absolute sweetest human. Super helpful with deciding dishes and dessert!
My best buddy and I were there for Father's Day and loved it. The old fashions were amazing and the menu with a masculine influence was filling and delicious.
