Honestly. Really disappointing experience on Sunday night. We spent a significant amount of money at the location (Literally 1.2K). And were treated with little to no respect.
At 8:30 (right after our bottomless drinks) we were told that you guys were closing, even though I called to confirm the location would be open later and we could stay later.
We went to go buy the last rounds before moving on and tried to take advantage of your happy hour drinks but were told that they weren't selling the jugs anymore. As the bartender was saying this, another bartender was serving another customer and approved him to have a jug?!
Overall, was extremely disappointing.
I accidentally tipped you guys when using the app and i'd like it back because it definitely wasn't deserved.
You can call me on 0402422420 to organise the above.
Staff and Bartenders could be nicer.
Drinks and chip platter was great
terrible service i will never come back here! hosted my 18th birthday here and was told over the phone that we were able to stay back after our session so we didn’t book anywhere else and then was told to leave as soon as our session was over despite what we were told by another team member over the phone so we were stuck in the city in the rain as we did not have a booking anywhere else and nearby venues were booked out
Would definitely go again just didn’t provide all drinks on the list
It was a great experience, lovely staff! Definitely recommend their bottomless drinks & their fries are delicious
Overall wasn’t loving how they operated the bottomless drinks deal. Had to queue to get in… taking in to the 90 mins allocated time. Sat at table furthest away from bar but was bar service only for drinks. Chips with deal were cold. Seen lady wandering with them a few laps of the dining area before she’s asked us if they for us. She should have known that given we pre-booked. Couldn’t get drink for a friend with their wristband too so we had to go get our own drinks every time. Good and reasonably quick service at the bar though.
Booking was at 7 but we didn’t get in till 7:20 due to the line and still had to leave at 8:30. Drinks weren’t very nice
I really enjoyed the bottemless such good value! My only thing is that when ordering drinks I feel like you should order on the QR code (one made for bottomless) instead of lining up at the bar. It was crowded and there was no social distancing. I wore my mask but thought that ordering and having the drinks brought to you would be a better 'covid safe' approach.
Overall I had a great time and will be coming back.
usually its pretty good but waiting in line that ate up 15-20 mins of our booking and then being forced out at exactly 8:30 was a bit ridiculous. We payed for an hour and a half and probably got just over an our. i think also doing a table service might be better because waiting in line took tons of time. Ive been there before and it’s usually been really good so i don’t know why it was different saturday
We went there for bottomless cocktails and booked for 11, then they tell us bottomless finishes at 11?! Why would you let us book it if it finishes at that time.
Despite being at the venue for our booking time, we weren’t inside until 20 minutes later by which point the bar was packed. Our first drinks were had 40 minutes into the 90 minute session.
I get that it’s Saturday and it’s a busy time slot but it just felt too busy and that we were unable to actually get the full experience.
Amazing cocktails! Could spend all day there. Very cute little hole in the wall thai food. The food was great, the vibes were spot on and you could spend a lot of money on the cocktails as the list is never ending! 10/10 will be ba.
To Andy, the lovely man that served us and made us extremely comfortable and happy! Please give him a raise. He was absolutely perfect.
security werent nice but everything else was great
Came here awhile back and was great, a nice place to have dinner with a couple of cocktails.
Now it is a booze fest for 18 yr olds to pay $45 fir 1.5hrs if bottomless drinks.
What a shame!
No customer service/contact.
Unfortunately they ran out of the baked camembert for the 7pm sitting. The music was a bit loud to be honest too. A bit more variety would’ve been nice. Easy enough to order off Mr Yum with the QR code though.
Good atmosphere and easy to order, food is a bit overpriced
The bottomless drinks was definitely value for money. Only cons from the night were how noisy the venue was, and that each individual had to make their way to the bar to get their drink themselves…making sure to have substantial time between said drinks.
Amazing night! We loved Tyler, she was brilliant and made our night so much more enjoyable!
Food was good but atmosphere was really bad. Advertised as a restaurant but felt like a nightclub for our 6.30pm dinner reservation. Drunk 18 year olds flooded the bathroom who then brought their yelling into the restaurant, ordering a round of tequila shots…the music was so loud we could barely hold a conversation (which felt inappropriate not only because of the time, but because there were only about four other tables of people eating dinner). We couldn’t wait to finish the food and get out of there, taking our business elsewhere.
spirits are watered down on the bottomless package
We were served by a fabulous waiter who was fun, professional and looked after our party of four extremely well. The food was wonderful (the onion jam is delicious) and our orders came quickly. Highly recommend.
This place was a little disappointing after all the build up....having to book and only being given 90 minutes at the table, having to decide in advance about dining and drink options, having to reserve the booking with a credit card and then still having to reconfirm the booking a day before, left me thinking that this was going to be a great and much anticipated experience. Unfortunately it wasn't. The decor wasn't really 'Father's Office' set up as an entrance to a speakeasy. I have seen better decor at other venues which better gives this impression. We ordered our meal, entree and mains, only to have the mains arrive about 5 minutes after the entrees. This meant that we had to decide whether to finish our entrees while our mains went cold, eat hurriedly and not enjoy the food or leave half the entree to start on the mains before they got cold. Then, my medium steak was not only a well done one, but an overdone one...really dry....The waitress kindly replaced it with another one, which she said was meant for another table but that, as we had ordered first, I could have it. That was kind but it meant that I didn't get the sauce I had chosen. I was really looking forward to a night celebrating my husband's birthday (which was asked about when I booked but not acknowledged on the day) but the place just didn't live up to what it promised. I'm not usually negative in reviews but our visit really wasn't enjoyable, especially for a birthday dinner.
Extremely dissapointed with our recent experience the app is $3-4 more expensive than their online menu through the Fathers Office website for the Parma night meals. When I went to try and speak to the bar staff it took 15 minutes to get served, then when I asked about the price difference and I could order directly through the bar instead the male server looked at me like I was asking something extremely difficult. He said let me come back, he walked away for a few minutes came back asked again what I wanted, then proceeded to run what look like a till check and printed a load of receipts that took another 5 minutes. By this point we had been there 30 minutes not been able to order so we said don't worry and walked out. We used to go a lot before covid the place was fantastic for a dinner after work, but it has gone massively downhill. We were seated in the bar right next to the window and I could smell smoke coming into the bar. Why don't you use the restaurant anymore it used to be packed with dinners. It seems the focus now is just cheap drinks and not about the food anymore. We won't be going back and will tell everyone we know how downhill it has gone, such a shame.
Prices were for some reason $3-$4 more than the most up to date menus published online - even the specials! Food average but acceptable :) Very lively venue which we knew already, but hence had booked a dining table so we could be away from the noise. It’s hard to have a conversation here without practically shouting the whole time if you get seated in the bar area, which we were - so not at all recommended for a proper catchup. Super convenient location though, and a really popular place for after work chills!
Really good food and good menu options. Drinks were nice and cocktails were served very quickly
Great service and energetic vibe.
Good start to the evening
Chewing gum on the wall/ uni dorm feels, kicked us out quite rudely right on 90 mins. Security followed us into the toilet as we left ...weird!
Great vibe and great service 👌🏾. Will definitely return soon.
We love the food and ambience. They are so careful with preparation of gluten free options.
I booked the unlimited cocktails package. Very strict with the amount of drinks you have and you have to go up to the bar which kind of ruins the experience. You spend so much time waiting to be served and then you have to go back to your seat, drink, and then go up to the bar again. By the time you do all this you only end up having a few drinks within the set time frame. They also make you wear wrist bands and are very strict about this too. It's a very young crowd too, mostly 18-19 year olds. The balcony is really nice though and it was lovely sitting out there under the city lights. Just wish it was table service like it usually is during the day with the QR codes. Would be heaps better!
Service was horrible. They were not accommodating and did not have a good experience. Granted we paid for bottomless drinks, felt like we were just being supervised
Great night. Mix of ages, music and fun. Bottomless 90 minute sessions are a great way to kick off the evening.
I had the buttermilk chicken burger - disappointed- small chicken tender sized piece of chicken, not much filling - Rustica much bigger, flavoursome, & much better value. Meals for the table were cooked with quite a gap - 2 of us had finished before the last person got her order. Too noisy to talk. Wont b back for dinner
We were a table of 2 for dinner. I had the fish and chips and would have it again. The service was very slow. It was an average experience and I had also booked a table for 5 for the 23/4/21 so they would have a second chance to improve things.
Absolutely fuming with this place, we got the bottomless drinks package and it was an absolute scam to say the least. Would never recommend to anyone to go here, there was a mouse crawling up from the booth seat and running toward us, when we told the bar tender he basically just shrugged his shoulders and told us there was nothing that could be done. Not even an offer to move us to another section? The bartender had a terrible attitude each time we had to order drinks, none of the drinks even tasted like there was any alcohol in them. No one came to tidy up our table we had stacks of cups and things, at the end we spoke to the manager and just basically was told there was nothing that could be done about the mouse and he did apologise. Very upset with this place, I should’ve asked for a refund because we left early and I felt absolutely scammed of my money.
There was only 2 downsides one being that you often stay in line some of your session time meaning you get less time to drink. Lastly they blocked off the smoking area for my session.
It was very rushed service right from the time we entered the door after waiting in a line that we didn’t know we had to wait in until I asked
I’m not sure if it’s because of covid but I really wasn’t into the ordering through a website to me that’s extremely odd
The food was a very small serve and was cold when we got it
And we had to ask for our drinks as they took a long time to be made and like others have said the drinks were very weak
I definitely won’t be heading back there
Felt very rushed and pressured by security to leave our table after dinner. Ordering online was frustrating and fidly. Food was tasty.
Disappointing. Used to be fab with a great atmosphere, cheap and great dietary options. Post - COVID it is sub par. QR code entry difficult, online menu ordering barely functional. Waitstaff weren’t able to identify a low alcohol beer and advise that on line menu didn’t include all that was available - why not? Embarrassed to have brought people here. Poor service (bar man was an exception), food average, service was so bad that it didn’t warrant leaving a tip. Don’t bother - there are many better options. Will not return and will tell all friends and business associates that this is no longer on the list.
