   Very slow service. I booked a low table for my husband’s birthday. We got a high table behind the service area. Menus were slammed down behind him. Cutlery noise. It took 30 minutes to get a beer for him. We booked our table for 6:45 and got our meals around 8pm. However, manager apologised when we went to pay. Which was also another problem. He explained the internet went down and his staff didn’t know how to write and read hand written documents. The young staff only know how to order using an iPad. It was very embarrassing for the young lady who had basically took all the orders and ran the meals all night. Clearly the only staff member who knew what to do. She was standing right next to the manager when he made this comment. This should have been explained to us by the manager when we sat down. Food was nice and hot when it arrived. Not a crumb left as we were starving. Lucky we ordered the extra margarita pizza.

   Great food, great staff, great time with family. The staff made the occasion a truly memorable one. Nothing was a problem for them. Truly recommend this to everyone.

   Absolutely loved our experience at Factory 51 last night. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary as we got married at Factory 51 so wanted to celebrate. The service was excellent. The food & drinks came out quick. The salads were full of flavour, the honey & truffle Foccacia was next level & our pasta was so fresh & the staff all looked like they enjoyed working there. Highly recommend.

   The food at Factory 51 is always good and I’ve been here many times. The waiting staff last night were lovely but the service to get drinks was very slow.

   Awesome food, some new items on the menu since we were last there. The Carchuterie plate was delicious. The duck ragu was marvelous and the lamb ravioli with confit garlic melted in the mouth.

   We organised a small to celebrate my birthday. At time of booking notified it was a birthday party. No acknowledgement when we arrived. Waitress appeared to be in training. We waited over an hour for a main course for 5 people. Deserts were mixed up and given to wrong customer. It would appear to be inadequate training and supervision. Meals were ok but not to the normal standard we have previously experienced. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We have been regular patrons. Not sure about in future.

   I had high hopes coming here but was seriously disappointed. The service was incredibly slow with extremely obvious flaws in communication as my partner and I were asked the same thing multiple times. No one asked what we would like to order, we waited 20 minutes then decided it was time to wave someone down. Our mains took one joke to come out due to poor communication with wait staff and overall looking around I felt bad for other customers too as I could see they were waiting a long time and didn’t quite understand why service was so poor. Wouldn’t come back, don’t let the Google reviews trick you as it is definitely not worth your time and hard earned money. That place needs a huge staff meeting and to learn to communicate because no one seems to know what they are doing….
