The best pizza in Brisbane! These pizza bases are seriously amazing - regardless of the topping! The rest of the menu is fab too, and always friendly, welcoming staff!
Even if I didn't live nearby, this is a place to travel for!

Service was covid friendly and helpful. We sat in the laneway and loved the vibe here. We always leave feeling very contend. You can’t go wrong with the pizzas...but this time we ordered three different dishes of gnocchi to share and loved them all. The drinks menu is fabulous too. We highly recommend a visit. So yum!!!

Lovely venue adore the brick facade and the festoon lights, great food and friendly staff.

Booked five people for a birthday celebration but were seated at a table with what I would call low 'children's' chairs at the end of the alley. All other tables had normal full size, proper back support chairs. Not that impressed with that arrangement. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was OK, nothing extraordinary. Did mention it was a birthday when booking but no mention or little extras offered on the night. Not expected but always a nice touch from other venues we have been to. Would probably recommend but not enthusiastic.

The food was overall tasty and came out quick which was impressive given there was also a wedding in progress at the time. Big flavours and really well cooked. But the service was a big let down, and it seemed to come down to the location of the table we had, as we watched several other tables around us get great service while us and the table directly next to us were pretty well ignored.

Factory 51 is definitely worth a night out. The cuisine is Italian with an excellent selection of pasta and pizza, although some meat dishes and a specials board were also available.
No complaints. An enjoyable night was had by the four of us.

The food was excellent and well-priced. The wine list was good and also well-priced with the starting point around $42. The only issue we had was that the mains came out immediately after the entrees were taken away. Otherwise, a great dining experience.

The food here is always wonderful. Had to wait quite a bit for service, but the wait staff are friendly and attentive. Great for a date, or dinner with family or friends.

We love their Porcini Mushroom Arancini balls with Truffle Aioli & Rocket so much that we ordered one each and then shared the Pizza Special which was spicy Nduja and Capsicum on a mozzarella base and fresh basil and it also was delicious. Unfortunately it is going off the menu so get in quick if you like something spicy. We have been a few times and it is consistently great.

Has to be on the list of regular eateries for me. The Gnochi is just the best. Great selection of craft beers on tap. Wait staff knowledge of menu and beers is fantastic

Highly recommend any of the pizzas & their Chianti’s are always good
