    I have always been blown away by the quality and creativity of the food here. Seasonal menus use a variety of different ingredients to give you a different perspective on all traditional dishes. If you haven't tried First do so and bring your favorite bottle of wine. It will be a great professional and delightful experience.

    Chef Adam does it again with a fun Oktoberfest specials menu. The Butternut squash soup is sublime! The flavors are so perfectly blended and satisfying. I vote to keep this on the menu all winter. The pretzel crusted veal was also very delicious. Of course, always leave room for dessert.

    We absolutely love going here for dinner and we celebrated our wedding anniversary here recently. I think it's kind of quietly the best restaurant in Northern New Jersey. I feel that some other restaurants are a bit more "visible" but overall, they don't really compare to F1RST. The food preparation and presentation are first rate. The service is top notch, without being "too much". A meal here is a wonderful experience and we never leave disappointed. For a special occasion, a date or just a night out, this is the place to go. Lastly, I think you'll find one of the most reasonable values for what you get here at F1rst. You truly won't be sorry if decide to dine here.
