Emily Taylor Kitchen and Bar
Emily Taylor will be the hero our our hotel, with 2 bars, seating for 250 people, a world standard, high spice menu, with a focus on local produce, quick service times, lots of exciting dishes with spices and flavours from different parts of the globe. Booked a few weeks in advance and only to found out upon arrival we were sited outside in the cold
Brilliant experience. Food, ambience and service were top shelf
Always amazing! We had 20 people and the staff are just so amazing, food is rich spicy and addictive. Great wine list, decor and overall experience
This is just what Fremantle was missing !!! Always go back!
Delicious food & drinks. Have already recommended to friends.
The food was excellent – truly delicious.
However we were very much rushed through our meal. This made it difficult to enjoy one dish as the others were delivered one after the other in very quick succession.
Absolutely amazing tasty food and attentive service. Will be back.
The food was amazing
Service so friendly
My favourite by far
our food came-out pretty quickly and we were amazed by the quality . Super fresh and tasty . We will definitely be back .
E.T's did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious, service and vibe excellent. Great value for money. Can't wait to go again.
After taking our drinks order as soon as we got there and after asking twice they finally came at the end of our meal...all our food was bought to us all at the same time and got cold very quickly before we could try them all..not very tasty and totally disappointed after travelling 2hrs to visit
Food was lovely, service was really bad. Had booked a table but was given away as was told to wait outside but when they couldn’t find us, just gave it away.
Had to ask to order each time, no side plates. Felt like we were forgotten about.
Food exceeded the hype, meals arrived fast, and fantastic value in the $95 / 2 person option. Dumplings alone made it worth the visit.
I found the Lamb dry and bland the beef rendang bao buns were also dry and lacking in flavour, the pork and prawn dumplings were very nice, and the pepper squid was OK, overall we were not really impressed with the food, the venue is very nice and would probably try again in the future hoping that the quality of the food improves, we would recommend to friends but would let them know our thoughts on the food
Great food, which arrived at are table extremely quickly!.. we ordered from the bar & drinks took a little longer but overall a good good dining experience, ambiance, service and entertainment.. value plus
Food and service were lovely, we had 5 dishes between two of us for $95.00 it was really good value. Really enjoyed the singer only downside was that our table was by the door so it was quite cold.
Great location and atmosphere. The food was brought out really quick.
The brisket was fairly dry and the food wasn’t very hot, that would be the only downfall. All in all, the flavours were amazing!
Loved every minute! Food is amazing. Staff so helpful. Might make it a special treat monthly xxx
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, lovely food. Different and very nice.
We LOVED our meal at Emily Taylor. The decor is fabulous and easy to see why it won a recent design award. The service was excellent-cheerful and prompt, they way it should bet. The standout dishes for us were the beef Brisket and the grilled corn with its lime leaf and coconut salt based sauce - sensational!. The lobster and Manjimup truffle dumpling was also delicious, flavorsome and juicy. Not a duck eater myself, but my dining companions raved about the duck. We also had a wonderful brussle sprout side which was interesting and delicious. We are definitely returning and would rate Emily Taylor very highly.Thank you for our delicious meal, and compliments to your chefs!
Took our mum for her birthday lunch - food was delicious ! Great vegetarian choices , lovely waitress and brilliant value for money - loved it 😊
Loved it, great food, great service, will definitely go again
What a great place. Very good service and food to die for.
Really delicious food, great atmosphere, portion sizes maybe a bit small for the pricing but overall a great experience
Unbelievable food and cocktails
Staff were amazing
Gorgeous food good value and cool vibe friendly staff too
Food was amazing however unfortunately our service was lacking that evening. We ordered our meals and drinks and within a few minutes our first dish came and the rest of them followed quite quickly after that. We were halfway through our meal before we had to ask where our drinks were and then waited another 5-10 minutes before they came out by which time we only had a few share plates left. Once the meals were finished, our plates sat there for at least a good 20 minutes before we once again had to ask the staff to assist by clearing the table.
Overall it was a nice experience and we will be back, just hoping the service picks up next time.
Our meal was delicious, value for money is ok. Our visit was spoilt by a lack of service when we first arrived. The waitperson seated us and left it took 10minutes for another waitperson to acknowledge us.
Loved the food but music was way too loud as we couldn’t hear each other talk!
WOW!! Honestly the best way to sum up our experience. The food was next level and absolutely out of this world. Such a great portion size of deliciousness. Highly recommend trying this stunning venue
Outstanding food and service
Will definitely return and recommend
This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had in Fremantle!
The restaurant had in recent weeks received a rather scathing review by a Weekend Australian food critic and we couldn't believe it, daring to find out for ourselves as a weekend culinary adventure.
Based on the superb service, the light, cheerful atmosphere and, most of all, the incredibly innovative and perfectly cooked dishes, we felt like we had struck a vein of gold while prospecting near Kalgoorlle. What we had was very reasonably priced, considering the generous sizes served for two. The $95 five-course dinner for two is a go and there is quite a variety to choose from.
Go and have a great dinner night! We'll certainly head back soon.
The food was amazing we wanted to order the whole menu! The cocktails and mocktails were delicious and the service was great. Will definitely be back!
Great food and service! Will definitely be back again.
A little bit over-rated. Food was decent, except the eggplant curry (pool of oil and boring flavour). I wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't protest going back if I had to.
Everything was exceptional, including service and food. We did order a bowl of steamed rice that didn’t come, however when all the other food came and we saw how much there was between the two of us we didn’t bother to say anything because we had plenty to eat. Rice would have been overkill for the two of us. It wasn’t charged on the receipt however so all was good. Our waiter Jack was incredible, personable and very polite. We will definitely be back for more with the whole family
We loved the food but thought the wine a little bit expensive (but only a little bit), we took advantage of the 4 course lunch for the set amount and loved the concept.
Service, drinks menu and ambiance was great. Food lovely - but dumplings a touch on the large size and some of the dishes too spicy to eat & I love a good spice dish. Would recommend dialling down the heat and would be good fit for broader range of the population.
Delicious food, great wine selection, lovely venue!
Amazing food, fantastic service
Sadly, I won't return nor I will recommend the ET.
Service was very good.
The food however was average and borderline, poor.
The green curry eggplant, salty and overly greasy, the oil floating on top.
The lemongrass pepper squid, very average.
The last drop was management declining our complimentary drinks, part of Warders Hotel package, as the "complimentary drinks" are to be consumed between 5pm-6pm!!
Pretty poor to me. Out table was booked for 7pm.
Issue addressed to wonderful Warders Hotel which will pass it on.
Nope, ET is thumbs down for me.
