Food was fantastic and the service exceptional - very understanding and accommodating of dietary needs in all parts of our dish. Would definitely come back.

First time at Elliott’s but won’t be our last. Fantastic service and best steaks we’ve had and for a very reasonable price (particularly compared with places like 6Head and even Meat & co). Great wine selection and topped off with a magnificent Ginger Cake for dessert. We’ll be back.

My friend and I decided that a yummy steak was the way to spend our last night in M/R. I had the scotch fillet with wild mushroom sauce while my friend ordered the eye fillet with anchovy butter. We also had the carrots and broccoli as sides. WOW! If that was going to be my last meal....I was in heaven already! The portions were generous as well. The staff were also lovely and happy to interact with us. Elliott's is a must eat experience and without a doubt, the best steaks we have had. Thank you also to the farm that supply the meat....you know your stuff too. Thank you all.

The whole place is gorgeous...lovely decor and different choices for seating. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who could not be more engaged and helpful....even though she was the only waitperson. She was busy but never made you feel rushed. I chose the duck, which was perhaps the best I have ever had. Simply delicious in every way. My husband chose an aged rump, because after all we were at a steakhouse. The odds are low that it would not be good, or at the very least, edible. However, unfortunately it was the only steak that my husband has had to leave on the plate. Fine, it happens, but when it was mentioned to the chef the returned explanation was possibly the way my husband was cutting it! Not really something you should say to a paying client....and one in his 60s who has eaten a steak or two in his life. My husband rarely complains about anything and hates a fuss, so for him to say anything at all and leave the steak on the plate after trying to get through it, says alot. It needs to be mentioned that he was given a dessert on the house, which is a nice gesture.
