This place used to be amazing. Both my mine and my partners food was not nice and our kids barely touched theres. I wouldnt want to go back again, its not the staff's fault, its what their given to work with so i wouldnt blame the staff.
Booked at table in advance waited 45 minutes for food order , some items not available even after we ordered, the food was very nice but over priced, all meals should include chips Ed's charges as extra!!!
The staff were ok and accommodating. Liverpool's branch needs painting very un kept and dirty floors and toilet.
Dreadful service, got meals before our drinks, nothing for 45 minutes, 3 other people came in after us and got served and food before us. Food poor and overpriced.
Really quick service food was lovely staff were nice it was first time I had been there and will deffo go back
Ribs were burnt, no sauce and extremely fatty. Really unsettled my stomach with me heaving after eating throughout the night. Corn on the cob was warmed on the same area as all meats and other things therefore could taste it on the corn. Not very nice. Griddle chips were okay but were poured out of a frozen bag therefore can’t go must wrong.
Service and food was good but excuse for not having any wine left or beer , was the weekend before, champions League and their delivery wasn’t due until the next day . As a business they should be prepared for such events
Not a bad thing to say about eds diner, from the moment we walked in the service was great, food was served quick and was delicious would recommend to anyone
Even though we had a table booked, staff looked surprised when we arrived, only table available was by the front door and was very cold and we were constantly disturbed by people coming in and out. Service was good, food took a while to arrive at table but was very tasty. Waitress was very polite and helpful. Overall I would return but would certainly ask for a table towards rear of restaurant.
Very tatty inside, looked quite shabby and uninviting. Very disappointed with the state of the place. Ripped seats, duke boxes looked dreadful and didn’t work, extractor fan covers looked filthy-very off putting when ordering food. Service was good though-staff very friendly but do think it needs a face lift. I will NOT be going there again or indeed any other, far nicer places to eat.
