She graduated from the jazz course at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in 2018 and in the same year was the recipient of the 2018 'Generations In Jazz' vocal scholarship. Casey Bellamy is a professional local musician from Redhead Beach who has been playing covers and original music for the past 15 years around Australia. Also known as being a Drummer in popular Newcastle band New Black Shades. Casey is an inspirational solo entertainer and has a great presence, a wonderful fun energy and a fantastic repertoire of songs from the 70's right through to top 40 of today. We enjoyed our visit to Earps, although first time with single guitarist and kale salad on the menu was absolutely fabulous. Need tapas!
What a great distillery and bar supporting so many local/Australian gins! Staff were super knowledgeable about the product and made the experience enjoyable. Such an awesome, industrial and modern vibe. Will definitely we back!
Fantastic food and great music. This isn’t a cheap night out but it was totally worth it. Great table service and everything was the quality you’d hope for when you go out for a nice night!
Cocktails were nice, Service was slow, considering not many there cheese/meat board a little expensive for the quantity

Food and service was great and drinks were really nice. We sat in the back bar when band was on and it was a little bit too loud to have a conversation but still was a great night - The band was good so we didn't mind.

I didn't realise the table was only booked for 2 hours - we were moved along. That was unexpected.
The food was beautifully presented but lacked in flavour and depth. The service and ambience were outstanding! Very lovely staff. The drinks were amazing, and fairly priced too - which meant we got to try more. I would go there again ❤️
Not quite the restaurant I had imagined but great ambience, intelligent staff and a wondrous bar - including house distilled gin aged No 8 (& others). It was a great way to pass a wet Autumn Friday afternoon & we look forward to visiting at other times. We shared a charcuterie & a cheese plate which were both excellent & generous - the seafood was running late but obviously would be fresh on arrival!
Excellent gin and cocktails. The atmosphere and decor are a bit clinical. Maybe not right for a romantic date or a cosy afternoon with friends, but a great place if you’re focusing on tasting the drinks.
The quantity of Gin for sampling was very meagre for $25, we could have purchased a couple of gin cocktails and had some change.

Service was poor as were told it was table service only to have to approach the bar to order drinks on multiple occasions. Pleasant when they served us but went missing after that.

Service was very slow, there were more staff than people and the staff were more interested in walking around the place than serving you. It was like they were deliberately avoiding you
We had a fun few hours here. Though the gin was obviously the main attraction, lunch was delicious. The staff could not have been more obliging, and took the time to explain the gin making process and the different varieties. We tasted some great gin varieties, and even got an 'informal' tour of the distillery. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

The drinks were lovely
However despite our best efforts we could only get 3 drinks in 2 hours the service was really bad.
We ordered a 3 rd round but the ordered was forgotten so we left and went to the Cri around the corner.
Shame the drinks were good.
Ally was THE BEST bar staff. She was SO chirpy and engaged with every one of our party of 5. She was knowledgeable and fun. 10 / 10 ! Thanks for the DELICIOUS cocktails.
The service was really slow. Disappointing. We could of had more drinks if it didn’t take so long! Doing the business a disservice by taking so long.
Service was disappointing and they clearly had an agenda to sell specific Gin.
We were missing food from our share platter.

We had a great night tasting the delicious gins whilst enjoying a cheese platter. The bar staff had great knowledge of the drinks and we're helpful with their suggestions. A great place to bring visitors from out of town. We will be returning more frequently, the ambience is fantastic!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Loved the cocktails and cheeseplate! Would (and have) definitely recommend a few sneaky drinks here!
Fantastic atmosphere, service was amazing! The cocktails were all very delicious, I think they have the best espresso martini in Newcastle!
Drinks were lovely but staff not so much. Felt like we were not wanted and even spoken to rudely at times. Was my second visit and probably won't be back unfortunately.

This time arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait over 30 min in the corner before being seated on the lounge which was not comfy.
Then waited another 30 minutes plus before our first drink.
Was disappointed.
