Earls Kitchen + Bar is a globally inspired restaurant focused on using the freshest ingredients and making our food and drinks from scratch. We believe in using the best proteins and produce that is locally sourced and thinking consciously about how the product is produced, raised and grown.
The noise was over powering through out our time at the restaurant. We had a nice meal but nothing that would bring us back.
Went for lunch and the food was pretty good. Had the Chicken Caesar and was not disappointed. Service was a bit slow but will return again.
Awesome! Staff was so patient moving us in and out of the rain!
The bread that came with the Cajun chicken Caesar was extremely dry as well as the chocolate cake. I haven’t ordered a dessert at a restaurant in ages and it ended up being very disappointed

Amazing service from Naomi, food, as always, delicious. A little too loud
Service was extremely slow, especially for a restaurant that was only 1/4 occupied. A quick lunch stop took nearly 2 hours and we had to stand at the front to get enough attention for a bill. Will not be returning.

Food was great, as usual. Our server was helpful and polite. Only complaint is that my Margarita tasted like apple juice - weird. Our server tried to have it fixed, but it came back tasting more like lemon than lime - a bit disappointing. She offered to have a new one made but I declined.
It was nice! I always love earls but the service was excellent! Made my last night in Edmonton a memorable one!!
Thank you for apologizing several times and comping a few things (desserts and a salad) when one of our meals was forgotten. Mistakes happen and you were gracious in taking care of it.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate a larger group with infant. Server was attentive. Food was just okay. Nice atmosphere.
Just a small group from work, waitresses were great, fast service and food was awesome. It wasn't too loud or too quiet. We all enjoyed the supper. Definitely will be back.. Thank you.
3 out of 5 dishes were cold and under cooked. They brought butter chicken that was crusted on the sides of the bowl, cold and gelatinous. When I sent it back they said it was the last dish??? We had raw shrimp on Caesar salad. It really was so disappointing because Earl’s is one of my favourite go to places.

Our server, Brandon, was attentive and at the same time he gave us friends the space we needed to catch up. We all enjoyed food and drink off the happy hour menu. I was pleased with the large selection of happy hour items. My only complaint was the noise level. My take away thought was I’d be picking a quieter restaurant for our next dinner since our main goal was to catch up and as a group of six that was a challenge on this particular visit.
Our server was fantastic! Food and ambiance great!
It was a disappointing evening as the service was very slow and some of the price increases were ridiculous.

Very poor dining experience and customer service. It was pretty evident that they were understaffed for Father’s Day. Many staff members were ‘running around’. The manager had stopped by our table to assure us we that he would ensure we were well looked after. That didn’t really happen much. He did take our initial drink and appetizer order. And stopped by once. We had to flag our server down to place our entree order. There were many tables that came in long after us who had eaten and left before we received our entrees. It was generally a poor experience for Father’s Day. Not sure I would return to this restaurant.
Great service and I love the large screen tv in the lounge. Everyone was super friendly and especially Jill, our server. I had a cold Clam Chowder and they quickly reheated it and made sure it was hot enough. I will definitely go back.

The location of this Earls usually works well for our meetings as it is somewhat south central for us. Service is often consistently good. I like the decor and seating. It was also nice to see their menu reorganized with some old favourites but some newer plant-based options.
I tried the quinoa avocado powerbowl and added salmon. It was quite good but the salmon was really over cooked and dry. The dish was better without adding salmon. For the cost paid for this dish I would expect more from a cooking quality perspective. Unfortunate.
Will definitely return. We came for Sunday Brunch on June 9. Our server Randa was so pleasant, attentive and very helpful. An awesome dining experience indeed!

Waitress look forever to take our order, got mine wrong. Hey usually have the same item which is usually very good, Howe in my last two visits to this location the quality of the food has been decreasing each time.

Hello,my only comment here is open table asks what the occasion was and I specified and nothing was mentioned at all. I thought something special would have been done by staff. Even to acknowledge it would have been nice.

We had a great dinner. We all ordered off the happy hour menu as it runs from 3-6pm. They had full size options for crazy good prices. I had a 8” mushroom pizza and yam fries for $10 and my husband had a bigger better burger with fries for $13.
Took 50+ minutes for our lunch to arrive. One of our table guests had their meal 20 minutes before the rest of us (table of 6). We asked the Manager to check on our order, and it still took 5-10 minutes for food to arrive. Waitress did not come to our table the entire time to apologize or refill glasses or anything. No discount on bill for very slow and poor service. The food was good - no complaints though it would be nice if they had gluten free options - lettuce wraps etc.

Contemporary setting that offers plenty of indoor and outdoor dining. The menu offers variety.
University grad celebration, party of 5: Seated quickly (had a reservation), drinks and appetizers ordered and delivered timely, meals delivered timely, then it derailed... margerita pizza ordered by a adult ($15) is very small, definitely not a entree (served on a desert plate, child size or appetizer at best), after meals were served the server disappeared, ~15 minutes with empty drinks and finished plates on table.
Seated near kitchen and there was a high pitched alarm going off every few minutes (oven timer?)
Planned on after dinner drinks, coffee and deserts but decided to go elsewhere as the service declined.
My order was wrong. Server was kind enough to send back. Took a very long time to be remade. When we ask for bill it took over 15 minutes. Server was a nice man but think he was having an off day. Normally never an issue at this location.

I paid 3.75 for a Diet Coke and was not asked if I wanted a refill and the glass was full of ice. So basically got 4 oz of pop for 3.75.

I always enjoy the food at Esrl’s and the service is good to great. I know they were a bit understaffed right at the start so it was a bit of a wait but we were not in a hurry.
I was not thrilled to have the hostess seat us, a group of 5 at 2 tables that were 3 inches different in height when we had made reservations, were there 5-10 min early and the restaurant was 3/4 empty. That, in my mind is what you give to the group that didn’t plan ahead (or make reservations)

I would recommend this particular Earls . I would not recommend Earls on parson road that was our first choice. There were two hostesses we were told 10 min wait we did have our lirttle guy with us . A group of 3 ppl came in and were seated in almost immediately in the Atrium . We were not even given the option so we left.

I had made a reservation in the restaurant but a table in the lounge was open so we went there. One reason we did was the table they were holding for my reservation was a very undesirable one when there were all sorts of tables in nicer areas open. In my mind, someone who makes reservation should have a more desirable table than a walk-in patron. Our server was very good and the food was delicious.
