   Really enjoyed the food here, especially the broccoli, artichoke, chicken, and mushroom dumplings. The oysters were nice but a little on the small side. The staff were lovely and friendly, and we were happy that we could actually hear each other speak. Only disappointment was they ran out of Rose :-( But I look forward to returning to sample some of the other dishes.

   Superb food and service - best we have had in Perth. You have to go and try the scallop dumplings - to die for. Great for large, informal groups with great ambience. A little noisy if you were looking for intimate. Excellent cocktail selection as well. Will be back for sure!

   The food here is amazing. Lots of flavour and interesting combinations. Food was fast. Service was good and friendly. Admittedly we had an early evening booking. Chairs and tables not super comfy if you’re looking for a long sit.

   We love all of the vegan options available at Double Rainbow. Very helpful wait staff, accomodating to us. It has become our familiar place to go for good vegan options and the service is fast too. I adore the all-genders toilet downstairs! ❤️

   Always a great time at Double Rainbow! We were a group of 5 seated at a round table with a lazy susan which was perfect as we ordered a lot of dishes to share. We were advised the order to receive them in and it got a bit jumbled and actually would've been fine to just keep coming as we ended up having breaks. The food itself was delicious! Loving the new winter menu. Have dined here many times and this was the first time trying dessert - omg highly recommend all 3 options! Would like to see some more interesting wines on the list. Overall very happy.

   Must say one of the best places we've been too in Perth, food was so so so good. Overall feel of the place is so suitable as well, we had a drink up at hello bar prior to our booking was a nice cosy feel with the gas heaters up top. Will 100% be recommending and we will be back, great stuff

    Had my birthday dinner here with friends and it was super yum! Drinks were a little slow to come but I think they were short staffed on bar so no biggie - these things happen. Food was great. The only downside was we were sitting right in front of the entrance and it was a bit cold but again no big deal - the food made up for it ! 😊

    Beautiful and delicious food. So many vegan options that are so so good! Gorgeous to watch the chefs prepare food right there close by. A bit awkward sitting at the high tables with other people. Gorgeous venue with good atmosphere. Express options are great, especially if you have anxiety and don’t want to be in the place for too long but still want to have a night out for food cooked by others.

    The menu for Winter 2022 is outstanding. The current eggplant dish is great, even for me who is a bit "meh" about eggplant in general. The mushroom dumplings and prawn wontons are always a winner. The new peanut and chocolate dessert option is also a winner. Foodie friends from Melbourne were suitably impressed!

    Quirky place - great food from the edamame to the eggplant to the dumplings - all delicious - if a few of you ordering share plates make sure you get them to space out the dishes served - we were 4 and ordered 8 starters to share instead of mains - everything came at once so unable to enjoy all dishes piping hot. Plenty of good wines by the glass which was excellent! Great fun place

    Been here a few times. Love the vibe, energy and food. Service is friendly and good. Food is lovely. Eggplant and pork loin were phenomenal. I would say the taste is a little on the sweet side for me for most dishes but still thoroughly enjoyable.

    Different food that is very tasty and flavorful! It seemed a little pricey but we shared 4 small plates and 2 large ones between 4 people which was plenty and the total was very reasonable.

    Amazing!! From start to finish. Service was IMPECCABLE 🙌 all the people who came to our table during the evening were knowledgeable, respectful & so lovely. Food was 5 stars as well, compliments to the chef/chefs Had such a wonderful fun night, everything was spot on and that’s why Double Rainbow continues to be one of my fave restaurants in Perth/Northbridge…and to top it off, our drinks were great too!!

    Absolutely amazing food, great service just waiters were under the pump and forget basic things e.g. got us a jug of water but forgot the cups and had to wait awhile to catch someone to get some for us. Overall great tho, just slight room for improvement.

    We dined on Wednesday 1st June, and unfortunately the experience began with my husband being brought a beer that he didn't order. Apparently the one he did order was unavailable, so they decided to give him a different one without asking him first. The food was okay overall, however we were very disappointed in the Prawn Wantons which were mushy and did not taste of prawn, and the Shitake Dumplings which were very big and stodgy. The brussel sprouts and potatoes were good, as was the cured salmon. Another disappointing dish which was new on the menu was the POACHED MARKET FISH + PRAWNS + GOCHUGARU BROTH. The seafood was lovely, however the broth tasted like raw chilli powder in water - very uninspiring, and nothing on a Tom Yum Soup which is similar but so much more tasty. Sorry, but we won't be back unless things are much improved here.

    Food was good, the service was shocking. We had a confirmed booking for 8:45 for a birthday dinner that I noted in the booking , we had informed the staff that we were running 15 minutes late and they had informed us that the kitchen closes at 9, and they still accepted our booking, however upon arrival there was no greeting, immediate disrespect and we were constantly being harassed into ordering quickly, the waitresses were condescending and belittling, I would of much rather them cancel the booking politely then be treated that way again - worst customer service iv ever experienced
