The full service bar provides beverage options from cocktails to Australian wines. Set in a refurbished industrial building we provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for your event. Catering for all types of functions from birthday dinners to full venue hire, we are happy to tailor events to meet your requirements. We can cater for up to 90 guests for a sit-down function and approximately 120 guests for a stand-up canape event.

We ordered the August special set meal -great value at $50 each for 2 courses. Wait staff were friendly, service was timely, wine lust extensive. Food (spanner crab and celeriac followed by brisket) was delicious, although would have preferred salad or veg rather than fries, given that it already came with plenty of carbs (do-it-yourself wraps). Broader menu is interesting - next time!

Absolutely divine dining experience with delectable food (I highly recommend the Beetroot Tartare), and wonderful service throughout the evening. I look forward to my next experience at Detour ✨️

We had an absolute awesome date night here. The staff are so helpful and attentive. The food was awesome and the whole place feels just right. Thank you to everyone for making our date night memorable. We will definitely be back to try all the other menu items.

Excellent food, excellent service. Our waiter was very friendly and informative with the explanation of share plates on the menu. Most enjoyable dining experience for my Daughter’s Birthday 🥳

An enjoyable Foodie experience for my daughters birthday. Great choice of 7 delicious vegan dishes and 7 meat dishes catered for all our needs. Partivularly enjoyed the pork belly. The outdoors table had a heater and great vibe, service and explanation of the menu was top notch. Portion sizes were sufficient for 6 of us to try. Definitely recommend Detour for a delicious meal and dining experience in Brissie.

I don't know how they do it, but the food must be made with magic. The pumpkin is out of this world as is the gunpowder brisket. We will be back next week.

We went for dinner for my husband's birthday and we were really impressed with the service, our waiter was so passionate about the food and offered amazing recommendations. We went as we had a gift card from our wedding, but we will definitely return.
