Honestly the best Indian in town. Cannot praise it enough, not too fancy and prices are very reasonable.

A great restaurant on Islington's Chapel Market. It is Indian Street food, delicious and spicy. Far better and much cheaper than Dishoom. Staff were charming and helpful. Place is done in a minimalist style but as it filled up it began to buzz. Could this be the long awaited revolution we have been waiting for in Chapel Market!!?

Delicious food in a vibrant setting with colourful posters on the wall and Indian music on the speakers. 1.5 hours limit on a table feels a bit rushed and should be extended.

Very positive first experience at Delhi Grill. I went there with 3 friends of mine and really enjoyed the place, the food and the people. Portions are really satisfying, surely not a tapas place 😂

Food was great, particularly the pani puri and rogan gosht. Decent vegan selection to suit our table of mixed diets. Service was decent for a busy evening and food arrived in good time. Would go back to try more dishes.

It may not be the most eye catching restaurant near Angel but it definitely has one of the best food - and for such good value too! 🤤 I’m glad I chose several starters because they were pretty sizeable! Every dish we had tasted so good - from chaats to the paneer tikka to the lamb dish. The service was relaxed and pretty helpful in helping us decide what to order. My partner and I already agreed that we have to come back here for another meal!

We ordered the lamb chops, pani puri, lamb samosas, fresh side salad, spicy butter chicken and two types of naan. Everything was delicious and seasoned beautifully. The butter chicken was exceptionally tender. My only slight complaint is the portion sizes are just a tad too small. We wanted more ;-) The service was so friendly and attentive. Thank you, we will be coming back!
