My bill was way higher than it should have been but was not given back to me to look at. Wrong food brought out, waitress forgetting things and just standing taking to other servers. After first incident she was very nice

Good day. The service was really good and the food excellent. I apologize for only giving a 10% tip but it is was our first time there and now we know what to expect. I will give the recommended tip next time.

Server was attentive food came quick drinks for well balanced and arrived fast games were fun and fair, the only issues were lack of sound for the ufc event until the very final fight of the night and there was a mixup with the check not including a discount with the game pass purchased and over charged for a big party gratuity fee when I only had a party of two but the manager was quick to resolve the situation and overall I was very pleased will definitely be coming back for the events food drinks and games also the manager deserves a raise in my book for the outstanding performance

Had a reservation for 20. Only waited a few minutes for our tables when we arrived. Server greeted almost immediately. Started taking drink orders. After all food was ordered, we waited. The wait staff who delivered the food literally brought the food to the center of our tables and basically dropped it there. Never asked who got what. Our food was at the other end of the table. When server arrived to cash everyone out, he showed me what we ordered on his handheld. He proceeded to the tip page and watched me add my tip. Literally watched me. My son asked for a copy of his receipt and never got it. We then realized after everyone paid that since we were a party of 20, a 20% gratuity had already been added. I was ok with that. However, no one at the table was notified ahead of time. So everyone tipped above and beyond the already 20% added. When I asked the server for a copy of my receipt, his response was that the order had already been cashed out and is now out of the system. He also let me know he was now off the clock (but still clearing the table). We never saw him again. We spoke with the manager and he was very friendly and helpful. He helped to remedy the situation and everyone will be getting money back in 5-7 days.

We had called in for a reservation around 1 pm set for 5:30 pm for a party of 10, we were told that would be fine, when we arrived about 5:20 and were told they didn’t have a table for us and it would be a 45 minute wait. Once seated they didn’t bother to push the tables together so we’re still not all together. Our waitress was good, she was friendly and brought us refills timely, but our food came out in sections, with two of our guests having food about 10 minutes before anyone else received theirs. Some guests’s food was already cold when it arrived. Plus, I feel as if the cost is over the top for the food quality. Overall I don’t think I would go back for any further gatherings.

We had Emilie as our server! Amazing service, friendly, stayed on top of food and drinks and was super helpful with all of our questions! I was happy to see they had non gluten containing options as a celiac even though it's still risky for cross contamination I thankfully did not get sick so they did a great job!

They didn’t have our table available when we got there for our party. The waitress forgot drinks multiple times of coming over to our table so one of the drinks came after we were done eating. We ordered the pay and play and one of our cards wasn’t activated. Took the manager 30+ minutes to come and help so by the time the card was fixed everyone was done playing on their own cards. Overall wasn’t a good experience.
