The food and service was great. I forgot the waitress name but she was great! Not all of the games worked at Dave&Busters. But the staff helped us when the game took our card points without the game working.

We waited over an hour and all we got were drinks and the menu. Waiters kept passing by on their phones or talking to eachother. We got asked twice if we had been helped by the same person and both times we said no. They told us they would go get someone to help us but still nothing. We were going to celebrate a birthday so this really sucked. We decided to just leave since no one cared.

This is the second time that we have eaten here. And until this happened again, I had forgotten the first time that It was the same experience. All the food does not come out at the same time. I’m not sure why so by the time three people’s food came out the other two were almost done. Service was bad. I could’ve had a lot more grace towards the service if it had been busy, but it wasn’t. Only one person was happy with their burger. all the other choices, Everyone had some sort of issue with the taste. we come here because the grandkids like to play the games, but from now on if they want to play the games, we will go somewhere else and eat first

Some things were taken care of quickly (appetizers, drinks) and some things took a bit more time (waited nearly an hour for my food). The waitress was super nice though she was absent most of the time we were there. It was a so-so experience with some good elements. Just the timing threw us off a bit.

We had a big party and this restaurant was amazing for us. No problems adding guests, friendly, accommodating, and the food was great. All ages in the group (13 yo to 75 yo) enjoyed everything, and I actually checked the bill 4 times because I really thought we weren’t charged enough!

We had a large party reservation (18 people) but had submitted a reservation beforehand. We had one main waitress help us. She was pleasant but clearly couldn’t handle our party size. We had some people receive entrees within 30 mins and others took 2 hours. We had fountain drinks take more than an hour. We were there for 2.5 hours, not by our choice.

It was my birthday and I had an amazing time. We had a slight mix up with the leaving a tab open but it was easily resolved and we enjoyed the rest of the night
