Great quality food with friendly service - they used to do a great half chicken would love that back on menu - it’s byo wine which is great. Possibly the prawns were a tad ordinary - the flash fried ones from a previous menu were superior - but still the best restaurant on the Darling Street strip

Food was outsmarting. Fresh, clean and creative recipes. Our waitress was just beautiful, took care of us all evening and nothing was a problem. Main dishes are. Adecevent soze and come on their own we shared a mix of sides that were all delicious. Highly recommend! Will come again for sure !

A major storm blew out our idea of heading into the city so a local spot across the street was needed.
The clincher for Darlingreen was the BYO wine option. Lovely staff, the food was fine and good value (grilled barramundi great, lentils very salty). Really bright lights didn't help with the ambience. These slightly negative points could be easily be changed or may have been a one off so don't let that deter you. Worth a try for sure.

I still enjoy this restaurant but as a local who dines here a few times per year I do think the menu needs a revamp to keep me interested. My dining friend, also a local regular, feels exactly the same. As a result we won't be back for a while

Everything we have eaten there has been delicious, right down to the amazing vegetables! Very creative and original food. We love it because i can have my vegetarian pasta while my partner has an exceptionally good steak, and we can take our own bottle of wine, or not.
