Monday - Thursday dinner: 2 courses £18.50, 3 courses £20.50
Always includes Black Angus aged rump steak.
Sundays are a family day at Cyprianis, we offer a set roast menu - 2 courses for £18.50, 3 courses £22.50 which includes our prime Black Angus rib of beef.
We have been there before and once again a very enjoyable lunch.
Also our 2 guests enjoyed it and we were not rushed to vacate our table.
Will definitely return for another visit
Lovely restaurant with good choice of food and fairly attentive staff. I always enjoy my evenings here and would recommend it to anyone. The set menu is good value too.
Food was a bit disappointing this time. Gnocchi was more a starter as no sauce - 8 balls on a plate - far too dry. Crab Ravioli far too small for a main dish. Son had to go to Sainsbury’s to get something else to eat!
Good food at a reasonable price in a pleasant atmosphere.
Two of the party of four had the palms ham & melon, nice portion of the ham but two measly pieces of melon, l questioned this to the server but it was shrug your shoulders time, now be fair melon you can buy for 75 p per melon, so to serve two small pieces per portion is not on, otherwise the rest of the meal was good.
Friendly staff. Great service. Set menu was great value for money and selection of dishes was sufficiently varied to suite the tastes of all six guests in our party. Noise levels were high during our visit which spoiled the ambience to some extent. Would certainly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.
Great as always.
Excellent service. I arrived quite a few minutes before my friend and I was really looked after until she arrived. The food was delicious. This has really become one of our favourite restaurants.
Excellent place to go
Had a great night at Cyprianis - rang and requested a more private table as on a first date and they didn’t disappoint. Very attentive staff who couldn’t have made the evening more special. Complimentary drinks at the end of our meal. 5 star service, food and ambiance.
Lovely meal and great cocktails!
My friend and I have the scallops and crab & avocado salad, both were immense.
We shared a cote de beouf, which was cooked impeccably however the cut did have a lot of fat running through it...
The restaurant was quite quiet to start with for a Friday night but did liven up a bit.
The service was good too!
I always find Cyprianis the most consistent and enjoyable venue for either lunch or dinner. An extremely good and varied menu and I would recommend most earnestly.
Really nice time at the restaurant, food was very tasty. My only tiny bit of criticism was there was a delay collecting our plates once we had finished. Overall a lovely experience.
Was a nice evening and busy for a Tuesday so obviously popular. My friend thought her Tortellini dish was a little small so after standing her ground they gave her more.
We went with friends for a Friday lunch. We were disappointed with the experience, given that we have enjoyed previous meals at this venue. The service was lethargic and lacked any warmth at all. The food was a mixed bag with some reasonable dishes and some very poor indeed. We disliked a poor goats cheese salad, and a dull mixed fish platter that, bizarrely came with sauté potatoes and chips! The desert of Greek yogurt and strawberries was a very unappealing mixture of all sorts of ingredients and tasteless yogurt.
All in all this was a bad experience and with regret we shall not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
Food really good, however the waiter wasn’t very happy and seemed if he didn’t want to be there
We had to keep asking to order food & drink then tables wasn’t cleared on Ed we had finish and had to put our plates on another table
Ask twice did the bill
There was only 2 tables with customers so really not busy
I’ve had better service when it has been really busy
Lovely food and wine. I had the tuna steak which was cooked to my preference of medium rare, this was a nice touch as I’ve not been asked that for tuna before.
My partner had suckling pig which was a generous portion and he loved it.
We had the house white which was also good. Most places that I’ve eaten at that serve a good house wine is usually a good sign that the food will be good too.
Thank you to the chef and team at Locksbottom Cyprianis
Good food and wine, reasonably priced. Excellent service.
This is our favourite restaurant, the staff and food were absolutely amazing as always.
Excellent service, excellent food, excellent night in fact. Highly recommend a visit.
2nd time visting Cyprianis, this time it was for my mum's 70th birthday. Food was great as before but found the staff a bit grumpy this time which was a bit of a let down considering we were there for a celebration. Would still recommend it though as maybe they were just having an off day.
Lovely meal and nice ambience - only slight complaint was that it was quite hot in there.
We are regular visitors to this restaurant.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly. We always book a table in advance and we find ready on arrival.
The food is always good and we have tried several different dishes both in starters and main.
It is a nice family restaurant and well recommended.
Lovely meal and very good value. My bread and butter which arrived as toast was burnt and the waiter seemed indifferent.
The three-course Sunday menu is excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent - cooked and presented beautifully and we will certainly be back! Thank you x
Very good local restaurant. Good selection of dishes . Good value lunch menu. Staff always friendly and efficient.
We all had a lovely relaxed meal. The food was lovely and we would definitely go again
Excellent food and service. Well worth the money.
Not up to the usual standards. Hopefully just an off night.
Service poor and disinterested. Was not made to feel welcome. Food quality way off normal expectation for this restaurant. More recently a much better experience can be had at sister restaurant in Petts wood
I definitely would not recommend this restaurant after Monday. The waiter acted like he did not want to be there. I have allergy to garlic and they served me food with this in it in spite of explaining how ill it makes me so consequently was very sick the next day. I then felt we paid a lot of money for the poor service and food
Visited with family for Sunday lunch. Excellent food as always.
Always great food, was even better this visit, had an early booking but the restaurant was quickly full and buzzing which is always a good sign. Service was great. Looking forward to next visit.
Lovely restaurant - nice atmosphere very friendly professional staff A La Carte menu expensive but also reasonable priced items on the menu Very good range of meals available Overall highly recommended for a group or intimate meal
The most important thing was that the food was very good indeed, but this was offset slightly by variable service particularly as both of us were originally given drinks we hadn't ordered.
It was a great pity to get home having very much enjoyed the meal to get an email from OpenTable asking why we had not turned up for our booking!
This is my 2nd trip in as many months. The reason I came back was obviously because the 1st trip was a success.
Unfortunately that wasn’t the case on the 2nd dinner.
The restaurant was very quite and the service wasn’t good, we ran out of drinks a number of times & I definitely got the feeling that we an interruption. Food was average and if you want to charge central london prices for cocktails then they want to be decent & cold which they were not.
It took an age for the bill to arrive & the card machine wasn’t brought for another 10 mins after that. As we left 2 staff standing behind bar didn’t say good evening or even look up & bill was a tad under £130.
We have dined here a lot over the last few years but this will probably be our last visit as it has gone downhill. This was a birthday group of 7, two meals had to be sent back - one because the meat was tough and inedible, the other because it was cold. The bresaola starter consisted of three tiny slices and no dressing. The waiter did replace the two mains but this meant that two of us had to eat alone when everyone else had finished. There was nothing taken off the bill to compensate for this. All in all very disappointing.
Really tasty food and friendly staff. Quick service too.
Very good experience - I would definately go again
Fantastic night, well done to all. .....................................................
We like it here- came for husbands birthday- unfortunately they had run out of the roast beef which was most of us wanted . We had lamb which was ok .
Lovely atmosphere even though there was just two of us. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great food and drinks menu. Will definitely be returning.
