   Everyone is very nice, and it was a mix of buffet (salads, shrimps, salmon, rice, beans…). The only vegetables there was asparagus which was very thick and not really tasty. The meats were fair quality and very nice presentation and service. Our server was somewhat MIA. Had to go hunt her down to get our check. Overall a nice, pleasant atmosphere and experience. Certainly can improve some.

   As things get back to business, Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse is fast out of the gates. Ambiance and food were very good. Service was very good if slightly lacking in experience because of pandemic. I would recommend to all meat lovers in Winston-Salem. Good for large parties and families.

   Roast beef, garlic beef and bacon covered chicken was pushed a lot. Asked for pork and lamb -- never received it UNTIL we were ready to walk out. Not sure what happened. Broccoli salad was delicious! Would love the recipe! Overall, it was nice -- not like it was years ago, but we realize that every restaurant is trying to get back to normal -- pre-2020. Thanks for a great late Mother's Day dinner!

   We love coming to this restaurant. It’s one of our favorites. Unfortunately we sat in the front room and were the only ones sitting there. We were a table of six. Every time a gaucho came to serve us, there was only two pieces of meat left for our table. I had to ask the server twice to be remembered when they were presenting. It wasn’t as enjoyable as previous experiences.

    Overall had a Good Experince, server had very positive attitude and was very attentive, took a couple times of asking for the requested meets to come around and the pineapple (which I like alot from the Brazilian restaurants) was cold first go around and cinnamon didn't seem to be marinated properly could really taste the caked on cinnamon. But overall wood return.

    Great food. Worse service I’ve ever experienced in a Brazilian steakhouse. I’m from Brazil so I know how these restaurants should work. We barely got any food to our table and when we did the staff seemed mad at us. I would drive 1:30 to the second nearest Brazilian steakhouse before going back to this one. To be fair, this is my third time going to this restaurant. The previous two times were before COVID. I have no complaints from those times. However the last experience was so bad that I will never return to it nor recommend it to friends.

    We had indicated it was my sons 18th birthday. They never acknowledged it. The waitress was nice but overwhelmed. We asked for more bread and it took 45 minutes to arrive. Mostly disappointed in the mounds of empty dishes on our table they did not bus. We stacked plates, asked them to remove them. They took the first set but never came back for any others. Even when we ordered dessert no one removed the plates. We received the desserts and ate them in between the stacks of used plates. Just terrible. We didn’t say anything that evening to management since it was my sons birthday and didn’t want hIm remembering the night about that. For that type of restaurant and the cost the service was subpar. I would have expected more attention to removal of used dinner and salad plates. Not sure we’ll ever go back after that especially for a special occasion.

    The cuts of meat were not good at all. The ribeye was tough and hard to chew. The only thing we ate that wasn't overcooked or tough as leather was a chicken leg, rack of lamb, and sirloin steak. This was not worth the money.

    The salad bar is the best that I’ve ever been to. And the meat is tender, juicy and delicious! The gauchos and wait staff are attentive to your desires.The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. A wonderful experience!

    We always enjoy dining out at Cowboys. However, never make a reservations near their last time frame of 8:30pm, if you are 2-5 minutes late, they will cancel your reservation and turn you away at the door. We drive 2 hours to eat there and one time for a birthday party we arrived 5 min late, we did just drive a long way and was turned away with a lot of aggravation & sighing. We felt like they just didn't want us there even tho the times on their door, website & phone listing says they were open until 9. We had a group of 7. Also beware that if you use the Groupon, it will automatically force you to pay an 18% gratuity and our server approached our table only 2 times, to get the drink order and bring it... then we never saw her again. We had to get others to bring refills, salt/pepper, napkins, plates..etc. She is no longer there, thankfully blessed by that because she was a horrid server.

    Very nice salad and hot bar. Awesome bar drinks. Anna Castiglia was amazing server. Meats were great, just little over cooked for my taste. Give it a try for sure.

    Great first time visit..we will be back. Waitress got a couple things incorrect, but was very nice. I didn't look at closing time, my mistake, if you book dinner for 8pm, restaurant closes at 9pm so we were ki d of rushed. Since we had an 8pm reservation, I don't believe the selections were as plentiful.

    This was our first time at Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse. We were disappointed, honestly. There were certain cuts of meat that were awesome, but only a couple. The rest were "meh." If you're a foodie and cook a lot at your home, you won't be impressed, thinking "I could do better at home." That's what we thought. The salad and hot bar were okay. The hot bar only had about five things: rice, black beans, mushrooms, collards, and mashed potatoes. They were all just okay. One thing to note: we are pretty sure that the bread they serve is frozen. It tasted like Grands biscuits. For my husband, myself, and our 7 year old (who got the kids rate), it was $150 with tip. We didn't eat nearly that much and, frankly, the quality did not justify the price for us.

    Overall, the experience is excellent. Great good choices and well priced for what you get. All bar food was fresh and the wait staff was amazing. Only room for improvement I thought was having the gauchos come to the furthest dining room more consistently. This was my second time there and it was further from the main room. The selection of meats seemed less varied. It may have not been relevant to where we sat, but I felt we got a wider selection when closer to the food bars.

    I been dining in that restaurant for about 3 years now I think the first 2 years they had great service and good chefs as the meat they served was tender and great flavor Now I have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for another server to come bay so I can get another piece of meat, and the meat very dry, meat options are much less now Last visit was really waste of time and money I was telling my mom that I would rather the restaurant raise the price and maintain original quality service they used to be rather than making customers frustrated I think that’s it for me I am not going there no more

    The meat was subpar. It was over cooked and dry. There wasn’t enough pineapple for everyone which is my favorite. My husband and I got core pieces. Just all around a disappointing.
