   It was “Steak Night” so we expected it to be busy. The dining room was completely full and noisy, but we had a nice table for two and were able to carry on a conversation. The salmon was undercooked and lukewarm with too much sauce.  my husband had the ribeye, which was perfectly cooked. Our sides were good and we had great service.

   Our group had an omelet, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Everyone found their dishes to be excellent. Our server was friendly, accurate and prompt.

   The Corral has been improving so I was disappointed with the food for "Tex-Mex" nite. I mean this is the heart of Tex-Mex food. The results were mixed. The Guac and chips were very good and made to order. The shrimp enchiladas were good but often room temperature. The fajita beef was tough. The churros (probably brought in) again were good but not warm. It looked like the whole batch was dumped into a warming pan but the heat wasn't monitored. It turned out to be a mediocre meal for a premium price.

   Everything we had was delicious and we had a seafood platter and fish and chips! It was seafood night, and my birthday! They gave me a big slice of chocolate moose with cheesecake incorporated in it, the three of us finished it off! When we received our check, we realized the cake was comped! What a nice Birthday Surprise!

   Good cocktails and friendly service. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. There deserts are especially good and very shareable

   The changes have not improved the experience in my opinion. The additions are not necessary. While good, the soup and dessert are not necessary for an event of this type. Raising the price and providing smaller portions of pasta does not improve the product. Maybe three types of pasta were not necessary but were a nice option. In summary, unless pasta night was not well attended and staff felt changes were necessary, this seems to make it more of an expensive dinner option than an interesting special night.

   We have been there twice in the last month for the Sunday brunch buffet. It;s hands down the best value around and the food is outstanding.
