Core restaurant is lovely. Such a beautiful position conveniently place in the CBD. A good menu with good variety. The service was very friendly and we felt very welcome.

Greeting was very pleasant, Table serving staff were very informative they knew what everthing was on menu. The food was the best we have had over the 9 days we were in Hobart. Had Beef and pork dishes all cooked to perfection, which we did pad on to staff. Your oysters are the best I had in Hobart well priced too.

Excellent experience. Friendly and accomodating. Any changes to booking were easy and well received. Food beautiful and allergies and intolerances were catered for. Jayden was supervising and deserves special mention for ensuring we were well looked after. Highly recommend.

They forgot to put the other ingredients like the sauce of ceasar salad but the thing they change a new one to make us satisfy..Carbonara is not bad taste but the serving is not perfect because they have less and more sauce and pasta to put in is not balance ..

Disappointed in the “raspberry lemonade” that tasted like soda water and the lemon lime bitters tasting like just lemon. Salmon was over seasoned with fennel.
