Be decadent with a Sparkling High Tea served in the elegance of Crowne Plaza Hobart's core lounge. High Tea at Crowne Plaza Hobart will be a classy and intimate experience with a glass of Tasmanian sparkling on arrival, a selection of T2 teas, barista coffee and hand made delicacies carefully crafted by our on site pastry chef. Sip on T2 tea varieties while indulging exquisite macarons, mini quiches and delicate cakes displayed on a traditional three-tiered stand, complimented by freshly baked buttermilk scones with jam and cream. $49 per adult ticket (18+) Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.

Food drinks and ambiance were amazing, the wait we had was lovely but when clearing our table between courses for our degustation he would take our plates and set back down our dirty knife and fork, there was no explanation for any of our food or wine, he may have been new or it may have been a cultural thing, but other than that we had a lovely evening!
Pizza burned and kimchi overdose! The meal was a major disappointment.
Extremely dedicated staff. Wonderful gastronomic experience, with pork belly and beef brisket that just melt in the mouths!

Great food, especially the scallop ceviche and octopus terrine. Service was very good too, just needs a bit of music to improve the ambiance and atmosphere. Overall very, very good.
Exquisite degustation, loved every dish
Service was very good, food was average, pub quality food for restaurant prices, entrees very tasty but main course very disappointing. Not your quieter conversation dinner venue, restaurant is VERY noisy.
The noise was a little loud for our likings and we had the chefs selection which was amazing
Absolutely fabulous Dinner & exceptional service
One of the best dining experiences we’ve had recently - the food was delicious, great wine list, and service was exceptional.
We were promptly seated and introduced to our waiter Amit who immediately made us feel relaxed and welcome. The food menu was enticing and provided a good cross-section of local fare. The drinks menu offered a good selection of local wines and beers. The food was very tasty and creatively displayed reflecting the professionalism and artistry of the chef. A very pleasant evening in the centre of Hobart.
We were very disappointed in our visit. Core restaurant? We just felt like we were at a food court rather than a core restaurant at a 4-star hotel. Staff spent around 10 minutes to get a wipe to clean the table and never changed the correct cutlery for us.
