We celebrated my boyfriend birthday there we had a great time the food was great no disappointments.
I love going to this place but on this particular day the manager was not helpful. And the server was a bit on the not so friendly.
Great atmosphere! First time here, and we sat outside. Server was awesome, and provided great recommendations for food and drinks, and answered all questions. The beer and wine was fabulous! So was the food. We look forward to our next stay in the area, and will be back to this location for sure. Keep up the great work!
Social distancing was practiced, and the place was very clean.

Another wonderful evening! Requested Christof (aka Biff) as our server, something we never do and again he performed over our expectation! Second time he recommended a bottle and we took an extra one home! Also, thanks for bring back the Calamari, they are the best in town! Special request, please bring back the lobster tail!! I know I’m not the only one requesting this! See you guys in the future!!
The food, as usual, was delicious and just perfect. It came in a timely fashion and was just the way that we ordered it. The service was great too; we had a very nice and professional female, named Kay and liked her very much. She was attentive to all of our needs. We had a reservation at 3:45 p.m., and arrived a few minutes early, but was seated right away. We just love Cooper's Hawk and will continue going there; plus we are wine club members and their wines are delicious too!
It was a great experience. The customer service was A1 and all of our needs were accommodated for. I’d 10/10 recommend for someone else.
Great food as always....and the January wine of the month was outstanding. A bit too much traffic noise on the patio...possibly a little more back ground music would help.

My family and I love going to Cooper’s Hawk. There food is amazing and the wine is also good. It somewhere you can just relax. The staff there treat you with respect and also checks up on you even when there are so busy . I have become a member and I normally have as a server Angelica, Katie , Ryan , Jonathan and last night it was Jasmine. The manager are also amazing Marcelo and Ernesto. And the amazing chef Kiko. Make sure you make a reservation . But it’s still worth the wait .

We were seated immediately by the bar area which was very nice and cozy on a very cold day. Service was immediate , no wait and the waitress kept following up The meal was delicious. It was perfect!!
Great experience. Amazing food, wine, and desserts. I was very happy with our waiter, Jose, who went above and beyond to make sure that my boyfriend and I enjoyed our anniversary. I would highly recommend the churrasco steak, the veggies and Parmesan fries were mouth watering. The lobster bisque was amazing and flavorful, and I highly recommend it

Sitting facing the kitchen is not the best option. Had a reservation and when arrived asked for a booth, and was not accommodated even though the restaurant was partially empty.
I love this place and I am a wine club member but this time of was not the ambiance I was looking forward to, wanted a nice quiet relaxing dinner with hubby bit after 10mins a large party as seated next to us-party was split up so we got the 6 kids right next to us, it got louder and louder. I had kids so don’t attack me but they never behaved like that in a restaurant and the parents just ignored them. The food and waiter was great bit disappointed evening.
We arrived and out party size grew and the manager was super accommodating. We had a great dinner with friends and our kids. Great start to the weekend.

Server Amy was extremely rude and very sarcastic to say the least. I went for my birthday and she displayed no enthusiasm, very flat affect and she sent a manager to our table even though we did not request one. The manager Paul advised us he was told we were not happy and he came over to the table telling me I looked upset. I told him I was not happy with the server and I was very disappointed in how he handled the situation as a "manager". Food was great but service poor. Amy and the manager Paul both need proper customer service training

We come to Coopers Hawk twice a month and it is they have really done a great job keeping people separate and the quality of the food and service and a high level. Over the past 2 visits we've seen things slip quite a bit. The food remains great, but the service levels have gone down.
We had a fantastic time at dinner, our server was polite, and professional the entire evening and was up to date on both the menu items and wine list. Will be going back soon.

New Years Eve dinner. Very nice food and service inside. Well worth the price. I wouldn’t eat outside though. Too much road traffic but we didn’t so I can’t honestly say it would be bad.
