    This was our first time at the Avon location and we were very pleased. Closer than the northside restaurant. Wish you had a location in Greenwood.

    Good menu with a wide variety of items for all ages and tastes. The wine tasting is great, a few new choices we will try next visit. Service 4/5 because got a trainee that needed help on the menu and specials. She was pleasant and good, just not 100% ready.

    Service not equal to quality of food. Manager stopped and tempted us into desert however it took the server so long to get to our table we just didn’t want to wait any more. Additionally server pretty much forgot about us. Spent $235 on a meal for 4.

    The food was good, but it took us 30 minutes to get our check. This was during the lunch hour and the restaurant was not busy. There was no reason it should have taken that long.

    We were pleasantly surprised at how the service was compared to our last visit. Our last visit was horrible, but it was a new opening. Glad to see they have worked out the kinks and it was a very nice meal with amazing service.

    We went to dinner for our anniversary. The food was excellent! The seating arrangements leave something to be desired. Our table was squished between booths and a long table. We had the shrimp wrapped in bacon appetizer, excellent choice. Delicious! Also tried the gumbo which was superb and the fish & chips. The slaw that came with it had little to no taste but the rest was very good.

    They’ve lost their sparkle since I loved them at their opening. Food was mediocre. Presentation was lackluster: my particular dish was to be accompanied by asparagus: I think I counted 2, one inch asparagus sections in the sauce. But the other dishes in my party too looked a wee overcooked: which is fine for Applebees, but not 30 dollars a plate. Waitstaff & management was friendly: which would be the only reason to revisit. I’ve had great food on previous visits, so hopefully I visited on an off night. But, in case that’s not what’s going on, I thought I would want to know- other reviews will either refute/correct my experience.

    It is a very beautiful restaurant inside. The food Selection is very very good… And the quality of the food is excellent! The wait staff is also extremely good… The noise level is not energetic… 7 PM on Tuesday night we could not hear each other talk over dinner…. Energetic is a pretty dumb adjective for noisy as hell! There is no material in the dining area to absorb sound… That is a design flaw, Period.

    This was our second trip. Our server, Kat, was bubbly & upbeat & offered plenty of suggestions. She knew it was our anniversary dinner and made sure we were well taken care of. FYI do yourself a favor & get the drunken shrimp appetizer. You won’t be disappointed.

    Excellent choice!! Great food and wine!! Love their brand and blends!! Our steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection and the sides were out of this world! 10/10 recommend!

    Appetizer was good and dessert was excellent but the main course left a lot to be desired. The salmon was slightly over cooked and way over salted. Also my husbands french fries were a bit soggy. Over all it was just ok but not worth the price. I doubt I’ll be going back.

    Excellent waitress and general manager was very tentative in the restaurant. I really liked that the waitress told us all of her favorite dishes and made recommendations to us so that our first time there was enjoyable.

    Beautiful atmosphere! The menu is incredible and I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat. I decided to have the braised short ribs (so good!) and my husband had Dana’s Parmesan chicken. The crab & lobster bisque was delicious! Can’t wait to come back! (Definitely recommend the Scarletto!)

    We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food and the service. There is a lot of people noise, but I thought the background music was too loud and maybe even unnecessary. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

    As always, the service was amazing. A young lady from Portland served us this time and last time. She’s very sociable, kind and sweet! The food is always amazing, it doesn’t matter what you get, the filet medallions are my favorite, but their short rib risotto is also delightful! The wine is pretty commercial, I do love the sparkling almond & romatic red wines. I can always pick something out. We tried their tiramisu truffle and lemon marscapone butter cake with blueberries. Both were SO good! We paired it with the ice wine which was way too much sugar. But it was delicious! 10/10 always recommend this place!

    The ambience is very nice and they have great customer service. Besides the restaurant there is a large wine shop including accessories. There is plenty of variety to choose from on the menu. The staff were professional and friendly. While we thought there should have been more of the items we ordered on our plates (got the chef's recommendation) it tasted excellent. And, of course, they have a very extensive wine selection.
