El Contramar es garantía, el servicio de los meseros es cálida y eficiente. La comida es deliciosa, el pescado o los mariscos son frescos y muy bien preparados. Sus salsas y las tortillas o tostadas con lo que se acompaña son de excelente calidad, te reivindicas con la comida mexicana internacional.

Para mi no solo el mejor restaurante de mariscos, sino uno de los mejores de la ciudad. Es absolutamente delicioso y recomendable. Excelente servicio y siempre muy amables. Lo que pidan les va a encantar, pero mis favoritos son los sopecitos de pescado, las tostadas de atún, el pescado a la talla y Contramar, y el pulpo a las brasas. Yo empece a ir desde el 2004 y es fabuloso que no hayan disminuido ni su calidad ni su servicio, al contrario y ahora con las medidas de higiene y distanciamiento social tampoco se quedan cortos.

Excelente calidad de alimentos y atención impecable. Llegamos con reservación a las 12 pm y el lugar estaba vacío, lo cual fue buena idea porque a la 1:30 pm se comenzó a llenar y para la comida es imposible encontrad mesa. El atún de las tostadas tenía una hora de haberles llegado de Baja California, así que más fresco imposible.

Se agradece que la carta sea breve y bien escogida, porque facilita la elección de los platillos.

We were highly recommended to this restaurant and we had read a lot about the chef. The food was very disappointing. The white fish with green sauce was dry. The tuna loin was a good quality but preparation was ordinary. The cerviche was good but not nearly as good as in peru. There was not a lot of fish choices on the menu. Maybe this was good for mexico...but not for new york city, paris, or lima.

One of the most delightful restaurant experiences in a city full of great food! Everyone, including the staff, seems happy to be there. The food is so fresh and artfully prepared. We tried the ceviche of the day and one of the special salads with cucumbers and fava beans. The seasonings were perfectly balanced and unlike anything I would be able to prepare at home. I've had the grilled fish with red and green sauces before, and found it to be just as amazing as I remembered. We got the fig tart and my friend swore it was the best dessert she had ever tasted--crunchy crust, creamy custard and tangy fig, all perfectly complementing each other. We sampled several mescals with great guidance from our very personable waiter. An unforgettable meal!

It was a restaurant I had been wanting to try since seeing on Netflix. I ordered oysters, they were warm, so sent them back. I did not want to risk getting sick. The fish Contramar, was very well cooked and seasoned. The tuna sashimi was melt in your mouth good.

The food at Contramar was amazing. We arrived 30 minutes early and they sat us immediately. The tuna tostadas were really good. The aguaschiles were amazing but they are spicy!

Always a fantastic experience at Contramar. The tuna tostada is a must, the ceviche is very good, grilled octopus is fantastic (order less than you think), and always end lunch with a carajillo
