We had a beautiful anniversary meal at Cognoscenti. Every shared plate was really delicious. We had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, we were presented with lemon curd madeleines on a plate that had the wording ‘Happy Anniversary!’ Not many venues go to that level of making you feel special. We will be back!

This restaurant always delivers a perfect dining experience. It never fails to offer an exceptional meal with superb wines in a charming atmosphere where the attentive and informative service always remind one of what going to a restaurant should be like. The best restaurant on the mountain.

Food was delicious, especially the entree. Extensive drinks menu Lamb shoulder was tender - and although I love peas, found this a strange accompaniment. Dessert was tasty (the chocolate custard/mousse) but on the pricey side, for what it was.
