This is a fantastic friendly space--yummy and breath of fresh air. The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable, and as always, even in spite of the pandemic, this is a slice of heaven. This is Dallas-neighborhood goodness at its best.

Our go to breakfast restaurant, appreciate good food and comfortable surroundings. And crispy buttery garlicky potatoes!

The service and food, as always, was fantastic. The only issue we had was that our mimosa bar was delivered with lipstick on one of the containers. Not something you want during Covid. We sent it back without issue.

We had Melissa again and she was great! They were very sweet with my 5 year old son and we always love coming to CH - a consistent, delicious brunch we can count on!

Coffee House is always our go-to for a delicious breakfast/brunch during the week. Melissa was great - even though my husband’s order was keyed in wrong, it was made immediately and brought out very quickly.

Hostess was super short with us even though we had made a reservation in advance. She seemed very frazzled and stressed out even though it wasn't that busy. Our waitress also seemed distracted and stressed out, bringing our drink order out wrong twice. The whole vibe of the dining experience was very tense for a Saturday morning that was not busy.

This is the usual spot my friends and I go to for breakfast and brunch! We take any visitor we have in Dallas here. Never disappoints!

Service and food is good. The beignets were not good. They are totally different. They use to be light and airy. Now they are greasy and heavy. They taste like a very greasy danish. They are tiny!!!!

This is one of my all-time favorite places and we decided to eat inside for the first time since March! The overall cleanliness was superb, our waitress was amazing- energetic, friendly, and full of helpful recommendations when we asked!

The reservation process was easy. Felt very safe- social distancing was well spaced. Love that there is an outdoor patio and that heaters have been installed. The service was excellent and food was delicious. Definitely recommend the eggs benedict. I'll be back.

We love Coffee House Cafe - everyone in the family can find something and it’s always fresh and delicious. The service is always prompt and friendly and they have a really great coffee selection.

They were late to seat us. Our server was busy with a large party near us and pretty much forgot about us. He basically pressured us into ordering immediately when we sat down since he had the other large party so we barely had time to look at the menu. It then took 40 minutes from the time we ordered until we got 4 of our 5 drinks. They messed up one of the drinks too. Our food came out 10 minutes later, missing several sides. Finally the last drink came out by the time we almost finished our food. Had to ask for our missing sides 3 times to different servers walking by. The missing sides finally came out right before the server dropped our check - he didn’t ask how we wanted it split up and just dropped it and ran off. Then 10 minutes later came to pick up payment.
Cheesy grits were bland and bad. The french toast sandwich was good. The rest of the food was just okay.

Our waitress was the best! I feel bad that I can’t remember her name, but she was on top of it. Very fast service and I appreciated that she made it a point to continuously check on us. Brunch was awesome, as usual.

I came here on a Wednesday morning at 10:30 for brunch. I proceeded to check in with the hostess letting her know I had an open table reservation. She said just sit wherever you would like. I assumed I was the only open table reservation and that she checked me in. I was dining with a friend and we ordered 2 breakfast entree’s. The lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious! The second entree was very disappointing. The breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage patties and a biscuit. The potatoes were cold and stale tasting, the sausage patties seemed pre-made, the eggs were fine. The only thing that was good was the biscuit. Half of the meal was left because it wasn’t very good or fresh tasting. I had to ask for a refill on my water twice. I like to support local restaurants however I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you wanted pancakes. When I checked my open table account the hostess had never checked me in and I had to call the restaurant and request that they do so.

Great place but only one concern about the "patio dining". It was a large area enclosed with screening around the arbor. I would have felt Covid-safer had there been open air, NOT with screens enclosing the customers. I won't return unless they make it bona fide open air seating. Too risky for us high-risk peeps.

Good breakfast. Omelette very good. Brisket eggs good. But we had to beg to get coffee. Our waitress made us feel like we were annoying her. Her service ruined it for us.

Great atmosphere and menu! Our sever was attentive but didn’t hover. We loved our drinks & our meals were delicious!

The food was great as always!

I ordered the eggs benedict. The eggs were hard and very little sauce on the them. There was more potatoes than anything else. The ham was a very thin slice of sandwich ham. My wife's breakfast was not hot when it was served to her. The waitress was friendly, but service was not good in that I had to ask another waitress to find her to come back to our table for service.

Perfect , second time there it was awesome! Definitely will be back. Kayla and Amanda were awesome waitresses. Thanks again !!!

Very good place to eat , the staff was more than amazing. They accommodated us in every way. The food was great and the mimosa flights were darn good ! We will definitely be back for more food and drinks 🍹

We loved Emily! She brought us our water before we could ask for it and even thought of allergies! She did great!

Quick service, mimosas were great and service was wonderful. One of our top brunch go-to spots.

Love this place! Only thing that could have been better this time was the hash brown casserole...it wasn’t cooked quite long enough and could have been hotter . That said our waitress was super nice and did a great job!

Three of us had brunch and it was great from all aspects: value, service, drinks, food- smoked brisket tacos were amazing, liked frozen hot chocolate (wasn’t frozen, UT was very-very nice), morning Jack Daniel cocktail was good as well.

Best Eggs Benedict. Delicious hash brown casserole. Loved the Signature Latte. Can eat inside or on covered patio.

Great food!

Disappointed in the food for the first time. Food not cooked to order but they graciously replaced. Bread for my Benedict was dry and over toasted, sausage was charred. Service was very good.

Great service, friendly staff, quick on food delivery.
