The food was superb and left us talking about it even days after! Service was impeccable and Wes was even kind enough to take pictures of us by the fireside. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone in Jackson. It's a must try! I cannot wait to return soon.
The food was incredible - creative, beautifully plated, delicious, and great for meat eaters (my husband and son) and vegetarians (me!). The server was on his A game -- making great recommendations and sincerely committed to making our experience an A++++
Fabulous... ideal.. incredible! I can't wait to visit Jackson again!
Amazing dinner and the staff is top notch.
Delicious food. Chic atmosphere.
Cabbage - 2/5. Gotta ged rid of that
Soba - 3/5. - fine and light with very subtle tastes
Food.- just OK
Trout: too much sauce and oil, fishy smell
Duck - good but not great fur $70, too fluffy, tried to right de in the coattails of the sauces/dishes on the side
Steak special - good dew on the steak
Dessert - 2/5. Chocolate senifreddo was basically a brownie with I e cream on it
Coffee - very bitter,
Also, rap music did not seem the best choice for a nice restaurant with so much history.
All in all a 3/5 experience. Recommend better music. More complex food preparation and less reliance on sauces and toppings. Improved desserts and better coffee.
For outstanding food, service and ambiance I highly recommend Coelette’s for a must eat experience when visiting Jackson Hole!
Fabulous space and staff! Drinks were creative and delicious.
We all enjoyed our meals, with the exception of the pasta dish which was lacking in flavor and dry.
Very disappointed. Service was non-existent. Had to ask for every drink 2x. Main course took 1.25 hrs to arrive and both our meals were under seasoned and bland. Had high expectations and they were not met.
We just celebrated our engagement here at Coelette and we had an incredible experience. Tami was our server and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. The beef tartare was strange looking I have to admit but it tasted amazing! I ordered the pork sausage pasta and my fiancé got the steak special with the pumpkin and it was delicious. I would also recommend the pistachio and green juice cocktails.
best restaurant experience ever as usual
Pretty awesome food and service was more than great . Thanks
Perfection all around — lovely meal and cocktails, friendly and prompt services, all in the most ambient setting imaginable. Don’t miss this spot!!!!
We walked in and were seated near a table with a screaming baby. On top of that the music was very loud. We asked for another table in a quieter area and were shown to another room but the piped in music was still very loud. It looks like a restaurant that would have a quiet, intimate atmosphere but it was anything but. Our hostess told us that "that was the personality of the restaurant" when we asked if the volume could be turned down a bit. Really! We decided to leave and so I cannot speak to the quality of the food. The menu was hard to read and was very limited in our opinion although it was very pricy. As we were leaving, the manager offered to turn down the volume of the music but by that time we were put off and made our way to another restaurant where we had a very delicious meal.
Great place, delicious food and very friendly staff! We’ll come back soon!
Excellent excellent excellent
I sat at the bar and felt welcome as a party of one. The staff was courteous, provided good recommendations, and never made me feel rushed to leave. Cocktails were unique and they had a great bartender.
Beyond delicious and great service. Unique dishes and beautiful atmosphere
Easily one of the best restaurants in Jackson. From the drinks, to the food, and even the decor, this place is perfection. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Jackson, it’s fine dining at it’s finest.
The service was a little slow. And the food was very meh, didn’t blow us away by any means.
Beautiful evening with excellent service
Service was great and food was amazing. We did have a reservation at 8:15 and didn’t get seated until 8:45 and then felt rushed to order as our server told us the kitchen was closing soon.
Great food.. cozy but elegant feel and great service!
Perfect place for a cozy, fun double date. The experience was as wonderful as the food and drink - we’ll be back!
unfortunately not the best experience. Great ambience, service was good , the food and experience were mediocre.
the order of bread which was expensive for what they brought was cold, the steak was brought in a melamine dish, not worthy of the expensive food and type of restaurant.
The surface was slippery and difficult to cut steak.
Temperature of the food was not to expectation overall.
Amazingly terrific food. good ambience, perfect service. Told our hotel concierge we highly recommend to others. We will return next time we are in Jackson.
The service and atmosphere are exceptional! However, the food is over complicated. The flavors compete with one another and it’s hard to discern what you should be tasting.
Coelette is located in a beautiful old building, which has been wonderfully renovated, leading to great atmosphere. The food is also outstanding. Unfortunately, those big positives were offset during our visit by a somewhat pushy waiter who consistently seemed to nudge us to the more expensive items on the menu and an eclectic wine list that didn't match our tastes. We are reasonably familiar with nice wine, and yet there was not a single label that we recognized, which has never happened before. The two wines we tried by the glass didn't meet our expectations, and we noticed the same happened at the table next to us. We even had a short conversation with them about it, as they didn't keep the first couple of wines by the glass they tasted. These are two easy fixes for what is otherwise a terrific new restaurant on the Jackson dining scene.
We had the best time all the food was amazing and the service was great as well
Our best restaurant/dining experience in Jackson Hole, hands down. Loved everything about this place!
Beautifully restored building, wonderful art, delicious food and we enjoyed a delightful member of your wait staff.
My husband and I love this place. We made another reservation to come back and bring friends.
The food, service, and ambiance was amazing.
5 star service and creative delicious cuisine. A unique and cozy hidden gem in the heart of Jackson. You can’t dine there without getting the beef tartare...the best in the world!
Dark and romantic ambience inside a gorgeous historic log cabin. Wonderful service and exceptional culinary creations pair well with even more exceptional wines. If that’s possible. They’ve earned to right to pretense yet it is in check with a low key mountain Euro cool vibe.
Pork was tough and the steak could have been more "melt in your mouth".
Amazing service and amazing food. First time Jackson and this was our first dinner.
wonderful place - fireplace, ambience, menu and staff!
Super service, beautiful decor and delicious food. Definitely will come back and for sure will recommend to friends and hotel concierge team.
To us, this was clearly the best fine dining option in the area and it was perfect for Valentine's. The food was well sourced and creatively prepared, the menu had a theme of "snow cuisine" that was intelligently implemented. The cabin is charming and inviting in the snow, the interior was well designed and atmospheric. Our server was enthusiastic and professional, the overall standard of service was high by any measure. I think the trout was the best thing I had in our entire trip, and that's saying something with all the wonderful beef, bison and elk in the Hole! Small note to executive chef: almost every dish, starter or main, had a pickled something or horseradish something, which we get was the theme, but not everyone loves those flavors and it can become a little overly Brooklyn or Oakland hipster-y. Trust your main three ingredients!
This restaurant is a great, the food perfect...
The music is absolutely terrible. It simply makes no sense to have it all and then play rap music complete with F this etc...tables with children...
The server said they are not allowed to discuss the music...
What an incredible dining experience. Will recommend to anyone who comes to Jackson.
