   Maybe not a fair reflection—we never even got to dine! Was seated in the terrace area. There was some kind of event or birthday party going on and there were tons of kids, running around and screaming. Not necessarily the restaurant’s fault but strange to try and run regular service along with a loud, busy event. Waited twenty minutes for two beers (which our server came by about halfway through with the wrong drinks, and then was never to be seen again) before just getting up and leaving. We walked past the bar on our way out and our drinks still weren’t up. I’ve worked in hospitality for a decade, and am very understanding, generally. It did seem like maybe they were understaffed on the terrace. I get that sometimes drinks can be missed, but we had reminded our server after about ten minutes. Some honest communication about wait times could’ve been helpful. We had read fabulous reviews about the restaurant and that just wasn’t our experience! Doesn’t mean they aren’t capable—the venue is gorgeous and menu looks impressive, just wasn’t reflected in our visit.

   Booked here as was staying in the hotel. Quite disappointed as there were many gluten free options listed on the menu, which turned out not to be gluten free, due to cross contamination. I ordered the steak deal which included steak, chips and sauce. Ordered and then told I couldn’t have the deal as the chips weren’t coeliac safe. They found no replacement so I had steak by itself and asked for the chips in a separate bowl to give to my partner. They then later told me I couldn’t have the red wine sauce either, so had to give me peppercorn. Overall I would not have gone here had I known most ‘gluten free’ options were not gluten free. The waitress was lovely and dealing with all my questions and issues - none of the inconvenience was her fault. I did get given a free cocktail to compensate for the trouble, but overall, not worth the stress!

   We had a fantastic experience at Coast Beach Bar & Kitchen on Thursday! The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the $7 happy hour wine paired perfectly with our steaks. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

   steak was great my daughter didn’t like her chicken nuggets spat them out. They didn’t look very nice at all tasted fowl

   We ordered: 1) shrimp - fresh but add chili sauce, kills the freshness of the shrimp. 2) bread - excellent 3) bake potato - tasted horrible, kills the taste of potato. 4) T bone - we ordered medium. It was done medium well. Tasted like rubber. We spoke to the manger, he insisted it is medium. We did not bother to finish the steak and paid the bill. We were not charged on the steak.

   The best Wagyu steak in all of the world! We are from the United States and this was the best meat we’ve ever tasted! Highly recommend!

   My partner and I had an exquisite anniversary dinner at Coast. We especially enjoyed the steak, and charcoal chicken! The staff were friendly and the venue had a nice ambience.

   They deserve all the stars! ⭐ This was my second time doing their bottomless lunch. I brought a group of friends back to try it due to the exceptional service (it was seriously next level attentiveness and friendliness), delicious food and drinks, and beautiful venue.     We were celebrating a birthday and decided on Coast. Everything was fantastic! The only thing that could’ve been better was the music was wrong for the venue and it was too loud. We were having to yell to each other over the table and my Dad tuned out (he is hard of hearing anyway) but except for that, the food, the staff, were all amazing! Highly recommend!
