Excellent food and good value with Opentable offer. Service was poor
A lot of style and some good flavours but not rustic enough for my taste.
Service was a bit slow. Tasty though but the wait took something away from the experience. Very few tables.
We had an amazing experience, the food was amazing. Some of the people serving were not so experienced as they had to keep asking others about questions we were asking about the food or order but the food did absolute justice to the experience.
Fantastic experience! Visited yesterday for my birthday and the manager was so kind. Food was great I would recommend the k pop chicken and kimchi jiggae !
Food was great and the 30% discount on the lunch menu was excellent value. The only issue I have is that they only had 2 bottles of beer left in the establishment. Aside from that, it was great and I’d definitely go back.
Great little Korean restaurant with friendly staff, will be back
Great good and friendly staff. Now meat is recommended.
As soon as we walked through the door we knew we would love this place. The welcome was warm and genuine. The restaurant was small and tables reasonably close together but not enough to make it a problem.
The food was just superb from start to finish. The starters of tuna shashmi was melt in the mouth, the K-pop chicken was absolutely amazing (so much so we ordered another portion after our mains) and even the grilled broccoli was very tasty - and I hate broccoli!
For the mains, we had the very tasty grilled BBQ chicken and the beef which were excellent but the winner was the grilled salmon that was full of flavour and perfectly cooked.
Service continued to be attentive and friendly (our Spanish waiter was quite brilliant) and we agreed we will definitely be back very soon!
Nothing bad happened but it was not a good experience to go out and have some enjoyable eating time.
The food was reasonable but the overall experience did not let us wishing for more.
It was my birthday just to mantion is not the first time I am having dinner at this restaurant. All the food that I have tried from the meniu is just amazing regarding the presentation and taste. Is one of the few places that truly amazed me regarding the food. You definitely must try it you will be amazed.👍👌👏🥇
Food was great - Set menu was good to try lots of different things, which was good with unfamiliar cuisine.
All was really tasty, well cooked and good portions.
Service was a bit slow, and the food for the whole table didn't always come out together.
Friendly and attentive service, a small place but nice atmosphere. Enjoyed all the dishes.
Co&Ko completely surpassed our expectations. The food was outstanding and it was extremely good value. Will definitely be going back.
Thank you Alessandro for your excellent service and attention. Great food
Delicious, high quality food with very attentive waiters. Would recommend for a special occasion.
Loved the tasting menu, everything was excellent.
The staff are very nice and the chef even came out and had a chat with us. Can’t wait to go back.
Odd background music created a bizarre ambience. Unfortunately the service want great - friendly staff but both the starters & main courses arrived at wildly different times I.E friend had finished his starter before mine arrived and was more than half way through main course before mine arrived - that’s a schoolboy error for a restaurant and pretty unbelievable especially as no apology when eventually arrived. Nice food though just let down by service.
We really enjoyed the food, especially the korean fried chicken. The waiters were friendly too. We’ll be back for sure!
Absolutely great place to have a meal. Great atmosphere, amazing food.
Very good, the quantities of some dishes are a bit small (asparagus) but overall great experience!
We went to Co&Ko for Mother’s Day lunch, and we really enjoyed the experience. The food was exceptionally brilliant - some of the best Korean food we have had outside of South Korea. The service was good and the staff helpful. Finally the prices were very good - very reasonable for central London dining.
The restaurant felt a bit more like a cafe than I would have liked. We went there for lunch, so there was a large crowd or office staff coming in for their take aways, creating chaos. This meant that it was tougher for us to enjoy a peaceful conversation.
The food was pretty yummy, and presented great value for money at about £10 per dish.
The tea arrived lukewarm, so we had to ask for another pot that was adequately heated.
The service was very kind and friendly, and I would return for that alone.
Posh Korean food properly cooked and made from high quality ingredients
Really excellent food and attentive service. Can't wait to go again. Somewhat quiet when we were in which didn't help the ambiance, but I can imagine when it's busy it's fun and cosy. But we'll mainly be back for the food - full of flavour and different to many of the more mainstream Soho offerings
Thank you very much and see you soon!!
Greate food. Everything was fresh and good quality. Small friendly place.
Than you very much!
This is the 2nd time I've been to Co & Ko, and again, it didn't disappoint. Food was yummy and good service! Definitely try the green tea tiramisu - devine!!
We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Co&Ko. Not only was the food incredible, but the whole team went above and beyond to make sure the evening was perfect.
I recommend splitting both tasting menus, that way you can experience as many of their incredible dishes as possible!
Amazing Food and Service!!
We had a very lovely night, Thank you very much to Alejandro for the care he gave to us
We gonna back for sure
A new restaurant that struggled to meet expectation for a valentine's Day evening. Reservation times were not honoured and guests were made to come back repeatedly for a table to be made available.
Once sat, guests were not asked for drinks or menus, this had to be asked for. Some service staff were extremely helpful, but there efforts were let down by their overwhelmed and inexperienced colleagues.
Once food was served this was of good quality, all good was eaten and enjoyed.
The Spanish waiter worked very hard to turn round the experience and this made a positive impact on several guests experience and improved the atmosphere.
When the bill came, some generous discounts were applied due to the shortcomings that had previously occured.
I expect this restaurant to shine on a normal day, but they will learn from the experience of serving a major night and I expect they will only improve.
The food is amazing. Well worth the wait. 80% of the staff are lovely albeit a tad unorganised.
Impossible to review these guys because on Valentines night, having booked weeks in advance and travelling miles, they turned us away. The first time for 20mins and then when we returned they told us to wait in the basement!! The BASEMENT. No offer of any free drink or nibbles or reduction to the meal. Nothing. Useless, horrible service. Teach the staff how to deal with people!!!!
We are really sorry, we're Not being able to give you the best that every day we commit to give to our lovely customers. It was a very busy day, i hope you gonna forgive us. We totally understand your bad feelings, and we hope you gonna accept our deeply apologizes. Every review help us to improve, customer's feedback is very important for us, We will use these words as something constructive to work on. Thank you very much.
amazing restaurant, friendly waiters, black cod absolutely fantastic!
will go back.
treacherous steep stairs to toilet, i fell but just managed with a few bruises so do be careful.
Delicious interesting food and brilliant service! We will go back
Clean simple decor. Has been open for about 3 months. Not an extensive menu but freshly cooked. A little disappointed as I’d imagined it would be “more Korean” but the food was tasty & well presented.
I would go again but forget about it being a “Korean restaurant”!
I was quite disappointed with Co&Ko as the entire experience was quite bad. The food is good, but the restaurant is tiny and quite basic.
Our table wasn’t ready, even though we had booked so we had to come back after 20 mins. Then the food didn’t arrive for about 50 minutes so we were so tired and hungry. It was supposed to be a birthday meal, so I was unhappy. The table behind us were soooo loud and drunk. Staff did apologise and gave us free chicken starters as extras then 20% off cards for our next visit. I don’t think I’ll go back.
This place is a hidden gem in the heart of the West End. Lunch menu is simple and completely yummy. The kimchi fried rice is “the stuff dreams are made of” - highly recommended
Intermit setting with great aura
The staff are very friendly and well knowledgeable as we asked for their recommendation
Everyone should eat here. Go and Eat Here!
I’m not usually one to write reviews but the food was amazing. I’d never been before, it was completely empty on a Tuesday evening and I don’t know why. Service was amazing too the waitress did a really good job.
My partner is Asian and really picky with Asian cuisine in London but they also loved it.
Can’t wait to go back!
