    We treated our 89yo mom to Mother’s Day Tea today. The best way to explain how much she enjoyed it, she said, “I like this better than the afternoon tea at The Rotunda.” (* Shh … Don’t tell Neiman Marcus!) We have enjoyed afternoon tea around the world. This was our first (and definitely not the last) afternoon tea outing at the Claremont Resort. Tea included a complimentary glass of sparkling wine (or if you prefer, chilled sparkling apple juice). Our server, Emily D. was professional, courteous and very caring. She took the time to go over the menu with us, highlighting that the delicious breads are baked in-house. We greatly appreciated that she pointed out which pastries contained almond flour for those of us with nut allergies. Our favorite savory was the Smoked Salmon Salad on a toast point. Our favorite pastries: scones and the Pink Champagne Roulade: we probably could have devoured a dozen roulades. We learned that afternoon tea is only offered during holidays. The next tea will be during the Thanksgiving to Christmas holidays. Oh! It seems like such a long wait to enjoy such exquisite treats again! Can’t wait!

    Celebrated a gorgeous Easter Sunday at the Claremont's Easter Tea. We were introduced to the Ontario Ice Wine Tea, a delicious and smooth Pai Mu Tan white tea with notes of Riesling and berry. My favorite dessert is the Honey Lavendar Macaron. Once again, the servings, sparkling wine, and tea were delicious. Our compliments to the Chef, and Staff for another lovely experience.

    I attended the Claremont's Easter Tea. I imagine the Mothers Day or Christmas Tea experience would be much more noisy with every table filled but my Easter Tea was a lovely, serene experience in the Hillary Tenzing room. I had been wanting to have tea at the Claremont for years and this was pretty much perfect. Excellent food, attentive service and a beautiful atmosphere. I would like to try the Christmas tea...

    We went to the Valentine's Tea on 2/15/2025. It was a lovely experience. We were seated prompty at our reservation time. The food was delicous. The service was wonderful. I highly recommend Holiday Teas at the Claremont Resort.

    This was our second holiday tea at the Claremont, and we were very disappointed this year -- just nothing special. (We were seated in a dark part of the bar, no view, and staff starting to close down the area while we were eating.)
