Fabulous food and drinks, we will be back for sure.
Friendly greeting. Delicious Pisco sours. Great wine list with a mix of Australian and South American wines. Fabulous menu. Memories of Chile and Argentina earlier this year. We shall return!
Food was delicious. The Pisco Sour cocktail was AMAZING!
Such delicious food, inventive cocktails, and lovely service. Our new favourite local for a special meal out.
We loved our dinner at Citrico. The building was beautiful and although it was small, it wasn’t noisy. The food was beautiful and we loved our drinks. The staff were helpful and friendly. We’ve already recommended it to our friends!
Would highly recommend this restaurant...... fantastic food
Went as two couples and thoroughly enjoyed whole evening. Food very interesting, unusual and delicious,
service very friendly and excellent. Ambience cheerful noisy but manageable. Will return and highly recommend.
Must start with a pisco sour! Lovely attentive staff! Highly recommended.
Great restaurant for the area and go to local destination
Great food and lovely service! Would definitely go again and would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Maybe my expectations were very high, I expected to see more Chilean dishes, more main courses, there were only 3 types of dishes for the main menu. There is only 1 person attending and makes the attention service slow and not so aware of the table when you want to order or order something.
I liked that the kitchen is insight, you can see it when you go to the bathroom, the bathroom is very small and you must do a stunt to get in or out of it. We spent 161 dollars for 2 main courses, 2 entrees, 2 beers and a pisco sour. Thanks but I would not go again.
Fabulous food and service
With a party of four it was an excellent opportunity to share dishes and all the dishes were delicious, especially the scallops, the chorizo and the pumpkin. We sampled all the empanadas and enjoyed them.
Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Noise levels were moderate although they increased later in the evening with the arrival of a large party.
Innovative, beautifully presented and interesting tastes combined with a good wine selection by the glass made our evening another pleasant way to end the weekend. And the service, as always, faultless.
The service was excellent as the waiter was truly passionate about the menu. The food was of good quality, but almost every dish was overpriced for what it was. Especially the dessert was terrible and extremely pricey and unfortunatel totally ruined the experience. I will not go back as the bill was probably 25% too high.
Great service.
Food was very nice (not traditional ingredients) but super small servings for the price.
All in all it’s a lovely little place we left happy 😊
Great place, very friendly service, great food and great overall experience
Great food, lovely people. Fantastic options for gluten intolerant diners. Will keep going back
We love this restaurant, the food is amazing and the service and ambiance are warm and friendly.
We loved it. We had a selection of entrees, mains and desserts and we loved it all. Very authentic pisco sours and good selection of wines. It's not cheap, but definitely worth it, and you won't walk out hungry. The portions are very reasonably sized. Definitely recommended
Fabulous food. Friendly waiter but really under the pump as he was on his own. Definitely would recommend and will be back
Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was great! And the piano spurs were divine. We were really happy to have found this place- will become our new local.
Very civilised place with genuinely friendly and professional staff, lovely ambience, intriguing, fresh healthy and delicious food from a variety of South American cuisines. An emphasis on seafood. Good selection of wines, beers, cocktails complementing the menu. Good value also. Highly recommended.
One of the best places i have been !! Everything was great.
Love that we have this as a local. Staff are wonderful and food is amazing
Delicious South American food in a warm suburban setting. The small dishes were the stand-outs.
The food was nice and the service was friendly and helpful, however it far from warranted the prices they charged. We had an $80 steak which was nice, but not spectacular as I would expect for that price. The $6 empanadas were tiny, and the beef variety was lacking flavour, and had no egg or olive as promised on the menu. We were seated upstairs which was a much more basic set up than downstairs, it lacked atmosphere, and became incredibly noisy once just two other groups arrived. The acoustics of the room amplified the noise and made it difficult to have a conversation without shouting.
This place would be great as a local cheap and cheerful, but if they want to keep charging premium restaurant prices they really need to improve quality of food and ambience.
Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Very comfortable setting. Menu is very easy to read and understand. Food for taste is spot on, decent portions and not leaving feeling full and satisfied. A definite taste of home away from home.
Great newish Peruvian place. Friendly service, great food, only downside was no coffee machine.
Great food and friendly staff. We have brought family, friends here as it is very good authentic food.
Amazing food in a great setting. Would highly recommend the Pisco Sour!
Great menu and service - would definitely return.
Our table was right next to door and a bit cold and unpleasant but food and service excellent.
Overall an excellent place to indulge the taste buds of South American cuisine and enjoy fine wine (excellent Malbec at $50 is always welcome!). The food has a subtle finesse to it and its great to try out new tastes. There are a few inconsistencies that prevented a 5-star review, though.
Nice ambience, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to guide you through the menu (and with its huge, opened window frontage, whilst cosy in the winter, is likely to be incredibly popular in the summer).
Food generally excellent - a barrage of flavours! The one downfall is that portions are not huge and for a group of five sharing, it can get a little pricey. The abrebocas and la cervicheria are $10-$20 per plate: we ordered 8 plus a bife de chorizo, fish of the day (snapper) and 2 sides. With the exception of the cassava chips (tasted like cardboard) and a dessert of rather greasy doughnuts with chocolate sauce, the food was magnificent (particularly the snapper). But we still left feeling we hadn't eaten very much. $300 on food and 2 bottles of wine ($100). If you're hungry, go for the sides and mains: if you pick at food and happy to go for an explosion of tastes, abrebocas is the part of the menu for you.
We'd still go back though.
Lovely service beautiful food and wine. The staff were attentive helpful and courteous. I will be back.
Lovely setting, service and very interesting and tasty food. Good options and very fine pisco sour.
Tasty south american food, good selection of south america wines, power went out in the front half of the restaurant just as we arrived and the staff were so apologetic about it but it actually gave it a nice ambience!
Service is warm and authentic and the space is really stylish and comfortable. They have a great local and South American wine list and made a great recommendation with our meal! We also had a delicious piece cocktail (highly recommend!). The food is just delicious- the scallops, ceviche, fish entree and the pulpo main were fresh, tasty and I thought it was sensational. We shared the cauliflower with manchego(yum!) as a side and had a dessert each to finish off! We’ll be going back!
Been here quite a few times now. The food is fantastic and plentiful and the wines are sensational.
Great service, good food. Great for our group of 10 with the pescatarian well catered for.
Great little local venue with easy parking . Must have a Pisco sour if you go , I’m addicted . The food is really good . We did the feed me menu where you get a great selection of their favourite dishes . Everyone I’ve taken there has been really impressed with the food . Love the fish ceviche and the empanadas and croquettes. Had nothing that I wouldn’t order again and again . I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you haven’t been before .
