Beautiful food - flounder, chicken, salmon, pumpkin & fries. Service was patchy due to busy-ness, but friendly & acceptable. Good for couples & small groups, but fairly noisy & you’re on top of the tables alongside you.
We had a lovely time here. Loved the food and the staff! One thing to note is that if u have a sunset booking, it is probably best to sit inside as the sun can get a bit blinding in the outdoor seating.

The food was sensational and very unique. Could not fault the service - it was exceptional. We will no doubt be taking our overseas visitors to Cirrus to show-off the Sydney dining scene/experience.
Finally Sydney has a world class seafood restaurant on the water. And what a wine list. Staff know how to look after people. Can’t fault it at any level.

To seat outside it was a beautiful day but extremely windy, perhaps some clear a fashion curtsins or glass will add value to the place... wouldnt seat outside again.
Service- lady at the front reception- should be a bit nicer, smile, bit more friendly and humble.
It is very reassuring to go to a restaurant and have staff confident in their skills and the food that they serve that they can led through both the menu and wine list come up with excellent meal.
I think that the Bentley crew are some of the best going around in all their outlets and never get let down.
The citrus platter was great matched with a hunter Chardonnay.
Food and service is great, found it a little noisy but not enough to bother us too much.

Excellent kitchen/seafood, waitstaff has some room to improve. Fantastic lunchtime seafood options with some of the freshest and most succulent oysters we have had in a while. The trout main course with bone marrow was divine. Unfortunately several (3) wines we ordered were not available and we had trouble flagging the (clearly busy with year-end Friday lunch crowd) waitstaff for ordering/wine top-ups. The staff were otherwise courteous and apologetic about the wine list shortcomings and overall it was a pleasant experience, but Cirrus needs a little more attention (or a few more staff) to its table service to meet the expectations of the year-end lunchtime business dining circuit .
Hard to beat starters. Could have just stuck to a complete meal based on only the starter menu.

I brought my wife for her birthday however this didn’t start off well. Waited a while for a while to order after we were seated. When our server came she extended her apology for not getting to us earlier. Entrees came before our drinks and another apology extended. We ordered a bottle of Scorpo Pinot Gris and they came back a few
minutes later and as they didn’t have this, yet another apology extended. Ended up getting an Albariño but it would have been nice to be told about not having the Pinot Gris prior to ordering. It was very nice that they brought out a cake at the end with a birthday candle this was a nice touch. As soon as we finished dessert another apology was extended and was politely given the bill at 8.20 pm, to pay and vacate as the table was booked for the next sitting. Food was good and very tasty, but getting the right service the first time round would be better than getting multiple apologies and finally one to get out!
We had a memorably dining experience at Cirrus, with the stand out dishes being the Fremantle Octopus, Whole Baby Kingfish and Smoked Ocean Trout Parfait + Fennel Pollen + Pickled Onions. I would definitely go back again.

The food is very good and the location with the sea view is fabulous. The service was excellent even with the busy crowd.
Very enjoyable dinner for two at Cirrus. Elegant fine dining restaurant, excellent service, good location. Excellent selection of wines by the glass, including (for our visit) an outstanding Trimbach riesling.
Such a brilliant meal. We were fortunate to find a last-minute booking. We're all foodies and not only was the food exceptional, the vibe of Cirrus had that beautiful balance of being self confident but not at all arrogant. If you're into food put this on your must-do list.
Mine was a let’s do lunch. My expectation was that I would actually get lunch, not part of a lunch that required completion by purchasing more. There was plenty of food, and the cooking was flawless, but the inclusion of bread, or potato, for instance, would have given balance.
I would prefer not to be asked four times whether everything was “ok”. When I eventually responded with the above, the waiter involved immediately ran away without comment. In due course the maître d arrived and repeated the question, this the fifth time it had been posed, presumably offering me an opportunity to repeat my reservations. He listened and responded courteously although nothing was resolved.
The restaurant is way overpriced for what you get interms of presentation and portion size. In addition service is average as is decor

I have a very severe shellfish allergy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated, not once was I made to feel like a nuisance. A MASSIVE thank you!!
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food and the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon.
The food was generally excellent. The seafood platter was beautiful even if it lacked the usual lobster tail. The barramundi main and roast salmon too were beautifully prepared but the Marron was disappointing.
Service was a little slow and they seemed under staffed.
My real issue is at these price points is it really necessary to charge $3 for a pretty ordinary bread roll? The sides too are overpriced. $12 for ordinary chips and $24 for Roasted Pumpkin + Pepitas + Cavolo Nero!!!
I agree with other reviews - there is little ambience for a fine dining restaurant.

Well prepared food but lacking t5he "wow" factor normally associated with this chef. Service can be a little slow. Good variety of wine by the glass
I organised lunch with my two girlfriends but it ended up costing us $165 each!!!! and we were had share plates. Food was average, restaurant average but I must say the service was very good.
Very disappointing lunch
Had an awesome lunch here for a friend's birthday. Opted for the Cirrus menu and it was amazing. Food, service and wine was on point - the ocean trout parfait was phenomenal!!
Food is as great and good service. Expensive. Main issue is not good ambiance and toilet outside - like a food court.
Fantastic location close to the water, easily accessible by train. Great open dining space with lots of natural light. Attentive service. Food is phenomenal. I would buy all the sauces that came on the dishes if they sold them in jars - especially the smoked almond sauce! Very much worth the visit. I hope they continue this standard of food and service, as I will be back!
