Terrence our wait person was amazing as wete the guys who brought us our dishes, food was excellent and the owner checked in to see how we were doing (I wish I had gooten his name). Class act all the way!

This was our first experience at Cipolline. We were welcomed and shown to our table in good order. The staff was all very welcoming and hospitable. We had the Focaccia and the Tomato and Burrata as starters, both very nice. I had the ravioli and my partner had the Pasta Osso Bussa. Both entrees were delicious. We will return.

We had a lovely dinner at Cipolline Osteria! The food was delicious, especially the calamari and the special peach and burrata salad. We got there at 5:00pm and we were the only ones in the main restaurant. It was very quiet, but everyone was welcoming. Our waiter, Terrance, made us feel very comfortable and chatted with us like we were old friends. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary cannoli and coffee for our anniversary. By the time we left, the restaurant was getting busy and over half the room was full. We left with very full and happy.

Cipolline is fantastic. Beautiful restaurant with (soft) live music in the bar and an assortment of seating choices. The bruschetta was the best I've ever had- and made with homemade bread. The lasagna was delicious, and the filet with mushroom sauce and 3 types of vegetables was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend everything about this restaurant, including the parking.

Cipolline is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. There is a bar, a room with tables for larger groups, and a room with windows for smaller groups. The Italian menu is carefully organized and has always been excellent. Last night I had a penne ragu and my partner had a Lasagna. Each dish had a distinct and delicious signature flavor profile which more than suggests that the all the sauces do not come from the same pot but are carefully created separately. Prices are moderate and the service was excellent - exactly what one wants which is knowledgeable and friendly but not overly friendly. We'll be back
