Cinque Terre is a beautiful area of the Italian Riviera which is comprised of five villages. The towns are connected by medieval style walkable paths. Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore are set on steep rock formations at the water's edge. These villages are a favored destination for travelers to Italy where seafood is prevalent. Pesto, a condiment made of fresh basil, is the flagship of tradition in the region. At Cinque Terre, we make our pesto every day from the freshest and top quality ingredients. We always have on the menu, Muscoli (mussels), Polpo (octopus), Gamberi (shrimp) and a variety of seasonal seafood, artisan pizzas along with house-made pastas. You'll also find an oyster bar that serves raw oysters on the half shell with fresh horseradish and
It was a wonderful experience beginning to end. Service was fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS. The wine pairing he suggested was perfect. I was celebrating a promotion at work, and they personalized the menu to say congratulations and even brought me a dessert with a sparkler candle. I felt very special and enjoyed every minute of the meal and ambiance.
Had a notch evening here with a big group of 10. The wine, cocktails, the service and the food were all stellar. The Branzino was completely out of this world, everybody enjoyed their meal. Great music as well.
Food was great and they had branzino for my wife. But a little disappointed in our server, as the night went on we didn’t see him much one we got our main course.
Food was okay, nothing special. Service was friendly, but not timely.
Perfect for a special occasion, food was fantastic and the service made a birthday celebration extra special.
Great food, bread was very good, nice atmosphere and drinks were good
Fabulous dinner from beginning to end: wonderful apps, delicious cab and perfect entrees. Our server was wonderful as well and very engaging!
Best restaurant in South Lake Union. The service is outstanding and the food is great. Best panna cotta in town.
Pesto could have been more generous. Seafood medley pasta was fine except inexplicable use of a fiery hot red sauce at bottom of dish. Need broader range of entrees.
Absolutely loved this place! It was my boyfriends birthday and he really enjoyed it too. They were so thoughtful of printing a menu that said “Happy Birthday”. The food, drinks and ambiance was amazing.
Excellent staff - so friendly & welcoming. Food was fantastic & wine choice wonderful (Grilled octopus & Gavi)!! Highly Recommended..
Pleasant atmosphere and service. Food was delicious!
Best Italian so far. Excellent food and service. I ordered a seafood soup that was great and came with a nice size lobster! Pastas are very good too.
Pizza was excellent.
Great Happy Hour!
Slow service, decent food but not excellent, cute place but there is better Italian
The service was so terrible we wanted to leave before the food even got to the table.
Our waiter was fantastic. Great drink and food recommendations. She was awesome . Thank you
Wonderful meal. We tried a new salad of heirloom tomatoes that was outstanding. Also, the ‘alici’ anchovies crostini was so good. Squid Ink spaghetti also very good and the seafood soup (with lobster tail) was truly outstanding. Service was attentive and cordial.
One of our guests had a birthday, and there were special menus on our table that said Happy Birthday at the top. Also- the complementary flaming Birthday dessert was spectacular!
Very good food, pasta was delicious, seafood soup was always great. Thums up on the daily special pizza!
We had a horrible experience that truly ruined our special family dinner. I brought my family here because it’s one of my favorite restaurants and was extremely upset about the poor service we received. Our waitress took 30 minutes show up to our table and wasn’t apologetic at all. We normally give the benefit of the doubt on being busy etc but the restaurant was empty and her attitude didn’t help the situation.
She then left our food sitting at the food station to the point where it was no longer warm. We had ordered a second round of drinks to have with dinner which was served to us after our meal was finished. We had made a comment about the slow service and her attitude got even worse after that. She was extremely sassy and received no tip. Not once was she apologetic to us if she would have shown some more remorse then things could have turned around, but even after saying something to her several times her attitude persisted. A table that got there well after us had already been served before we even ordered our dinner.
The hostess was very sweet and understanding as was our water guy they should be recognized for having great customer service while our waitress needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson on customer service.
Excellent food paired with great wines, home made pasta and breads, local oysters, clams and mussels. Decor is beautiful and service is friendly and efficient without being pushy. Free home made focaccia and free sparkling water. Love it
A foodie destination
Staff was not helpful with informing us about happy hour rules; we weren’t told that we had to sit in specific areas to get happy hour prices - even though we asked for a happy hour menu upon being seated. We didn’t find out about the restrictions until the server brought our check, which the server was not helpful or accommodating with the omission of info. He simply asked, “That wasn’t made apparent?” We said no and he just stared at us. No apology or demonstration of concern for the confusion. Food is good but overpriced for the limited quantity served.
Took my sister for her birthday to Cinque Terre and it was a really pleasant experience for both of us. They put her name in the menus and a birthday message, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious and at the end of the meal, our lovely server brought out a slice of tiramisu that hat a sparkler on top to celebrate! I highly recommend Cinque Terre for any occasion. The food, service and ambiance is excellent!
Server Darko was amazing. Food was excellent as always.
Food under warmer too long. Ravioli Pasta in brown butter was over cooked. Fish was too.
Excellent restaurant. They went above and beyond pre-printing a menu for mother-in-law to celebrate her birthday. Food, ambiance and service were all amazing.
Everything we ordered was delicious. The waiter was very good. Great night out.
Server didn’t check on how the meal was tastings or check if we needed anything. We ate there the day before and it was so good that we returned. The food is de- lush.
Really, really disinterested service and mediocre food..the room looked cool, and the focaccia was delicious, but overall it was lousy
I know my wines but waiter arrogantly tryimg to ram nonsense down my throat. Food was poor at best...stay away from this dive.
Delicious dinner, specialty cocktails and desert. Lovely server
Very nice restaurant. Great value and just ok service. Think our server was having an off day because the other staffers seemed really professional. Would return again soon based on my experience.
The pasta prepared with black squid ink was delicious and complemented well by the mussels, shrimp, and scallops. Also the salumi appetizer was right on and went well with the house bread and sparkling water.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Cinque Terre and loved it!!
Great graduation lunch! Especially liked the bistecca.
