I went here yesterday for my birthday dinner. And I had worst experience ever. My server came our table one time with diet coke. Just one time. My drink was empty but nobody came. We asked utensil but he forgot. We tried to order the dessert so we asked other server to find our server several times, but he didn’t show up about 30 min. So we complaint about that and he never say sorry or similar expression. My husband talked him and he said okay! Sounds good! LOL. Sounds good..? Haha. We’ve been waiting 30 min for ordering cakes but we couldn’t because server didn’t show up. We got any apology from that. Thank you for ruining my birthday Chima. Also last 30 min, I couldn’t get a piece of meat. I turned my circle paper red but nobody came while they go other tables. I really think it is some kind of racism. Nobody came to Asian family’s table. Even my server. Finally when we got our check, but we waited the server more than 10 min for taking my check and card. It was after complaining but nothing changed. So we should bring our check to front for paying our bill. We explained everything to them but nobody listen seriously. They were playing with megaphone and making very loud siren noise in the restaurant. And laugh. Is it proper? They also charge $7 for 2years old baby. Lol. $7 is not expensive and of course I can pay for that. But usually other place doesn’t charge for baby in the stroller. Anyways, it was my worst birthday dinner.

My sons birthday gift. I treated him and some friends for a dinner out by themselves. He turned seventeen. It was perfect.
We ate there on Sunday night. And it was a big disappointment. Server was okay. The gauchos were the big disappointment. We felt like we were being discriminated or being out last. There was a table next to us, that obviously looked big time, suits and ties, ordering bottles of wine. Gauchos have been in their table four times, while us none. We had to ask for meat to come. Throughout the night, we probably had about less than 10 gauchos come to our table.. not worth it, if this is the service we would get.

I booked reservations for dinner to celebrate and unfortunately was not advised that the restaurant did not have any air conditioning and it was 80 degrees outside. It certainly ruined our celebration sitting indoors sweating.

I have been bringing my son here for over a decade for each of his birthday dinners. It is always amazing and delicious! I am one of their customers who can't decide if the salad bar is as good or better than all the delicious meat selections. The staff are always pleasant and clearly well trained. It makes all the difference for the experience as a diner. The martini was pretty great too! HIGHLY recommend. We will always return....

We went there for Easter lunch. Fantastic service, awesome food! Even the buffet was outstanding despite covid issues. Chima has sanitizer and plastic gloves there for all to wear for the buffet and you must wear your mask. I felt protected. Tables spread out safely. We'll be returning soon!
Service was great. Food was delicious. Would like it if Chima had more offers and occassions for earlier dining times.

The food and service was outstanding. However, we were placed in an area with poor ventilation and it was hot and uncomfortable. I noticed that the other side of restaurant was pleasant, good ventilation.

We had the full rodizio but the lamb chops and leg of lamb do not justify the difference in price as they tough with lots of nerves. The rest is fine.

This establishment takes safety and CDC regulations very seriously, which I appreciated since there is a buffet.
You will eat well and will enjoy constant service. The atmosphere is great and the establishment was very accommodating when I was stuck in traffic and running late for my reservation.
I will return, and the visit is well worth it.

China is one of my favorite restaurants that I visit frequently. Unfortunately this time I had a horrible experience. The table behind us had so many people yelling and screaming the entire time I was there with my wife. You’d think management would step in and ask them to keep the noise down as this is a prestigious place that screams “classy” as soon as you enter. I’m sad to say I had to end my dinner way too short due to the lack of manors by the table behind us. They were cursing out loud, screaming racial slurs to each other and overall not fit for this environment. After spending over $250, I recognized that this time was not worth the money.

With the air conditioning being broken and fans running to cool the restaurant It really wasn't an inconvenience. The food was amazing as usual and the noise level wasn't to much louder than usual with the fans everywhere. All in all it was a very pleasant evening and everyone in my party enjoyed themselves. Csnt wait for my next visit.

The rodizio quality is outstanding. The meats were succulent and the servers were attentive and skilled. The manager came over to us and asked how we were doing and also if we needed anything. I especially enjoyed their salad bar which has a touch of middle eastern fare. Great variety of salads, couscous, tabouleh (my fave), dressings, and dipping sauces for the meats. My advice is to eat slow and enjoy the food, and conversation, and don't get too full too quickly like my kids did. I'm not a huge meat lover, and was thinking of just doing the salad bar with one choice of meat. I'm glad I chose the full experience because the different cuts of meat were delicious. I will definitely go back again.

The food never disappoints. It's very well seasoned. I enjoyed the chicken, salmon, and lamb. I liked the way the salad bar was set up with each guest required to wear face mask and gloves to ensure food is sanitary. I didn't enjoy the key lime pie but My favorite was the pineapple skewer...delicious!
I’ve been several times before and each time it’s not as good as the last. I’m going to attribute this experience to Covid-19. It takes too for liked dishes to arrive

Place was packed and the gauchos visit the table once, you have to mentioned to someone so they can bring more meat and they only brought picanha so why to pay for the full rodizio if they play games and not bring you a good rotation.
