Fun family style Italian dinner - close to the inner harbor. In some ways it was like traveling back in time in a great way. My wife and kids loved the food and the prompt service.
We found Chiaparellis on Open Table and took a leap for a small group dinner. Our group had a delicious dinner in this super cozy setting. We felt like we were in a family home! Our waitress was fantastic and friendly. After dinner, we went to the bar are and laughed out loud with people we had only just met!! It was a night to remember and our group will be back as we are in Baltimore often! Chicken Louis D-LISH!!! Chiaparellis is a like being invited to a family party! Can’t wait for the next one. 😊 🍝 🍷
Great experience, took my girlfriend for her birthday. The customer service was excellent and some of the best Italian food I’ve had right here in Little Italy, Baltimore.
The food, ambiance, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. Chiapparelli’s will definitely become a regular stop in Baltimore for me.
Really enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend this restaurant in Littly Italy.
Restaurant should co.ntact coupon companies to alert diners they no longer honor coupons or discounts
This restaurant is located in the Little Italy section of the city. Very quaint.
We went on a Saturday night with 630PM reservations and every table was filled.
Street parking was Free and Plentiful.
The waitress was very sweet, and the food was good.
We ordered a bottle of Moscato, the antipasto appetizer, the gnocchi, linguini with clam sauce and the chicken Leonardo. Each entree came with a side salad. The coffee was good and for dessert we ordered Tiramussu and Canolis.
The tables were spread apart, the staff all had on masks and the restaurant was clean.
If I found myself back in Baltimore I would visit them again!
Service was horrible. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our drinks and even longer for food.
Excellent dining experience! Service was great and food was delicious. Highly recommend.
As always, scrumptious Italian delights in a homey atmosphere with friendly, amazing servers who treat us like family!
I booked my reservation through Open Table as I was going to be passing through town that evening. Upon arrival I was told that the city had transitioned to take-out only the night before. The staff member who informed me of this was incredibly rude and condescending and made me feel terrible for even entering the establishment. As someone from out of town, I had no way of knowing the new rules for the city and felt terrible for the misunderstanding, but feel that the worker could have been more understanding and less harsh about the situation. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Always great!
Great meal and service, pandemic safety measures in place and followed. Chips is our go-to place in Little Italy
My wife has for some reason has been hiding this spot from me and it is excellent. Pasta is great, salad is the best and the pizza is great. Service is also very good!
It was a pretty bad experience. I get we are under Covid-19 conditions, but the food was just horrible.
The worst Lasagna, Chicken Parm, fettuccini Alfredo I’ve ever had. Took forever and came out warm and flavorless.
Fried calamari was good.
Retrain the kitchen completely or just stop.
Always great experience and felt very safe with steps they have taken to address Covid.
Drooling gnocchi was amazing
The Chip’s salad is worth the hype, very delicious! The rigatoni bolognese was fantastic and served hot. Overall, Excellent meal. Can’t beat a $10 bowl of pasta and a $4 side salad for lunch. If you’re in the area, I recommend taking advantage of the amazing lunch specials. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks again!
Solid first date spot. Fair price for what it has to offer.
Great! Amazing service, food and dessert.
Outstanding as usual!
Our food was excellent, the pasta in vodka sauce is yummy. My only issue is how dated the interior looks.
Brown ceiling grid, water damage on the ceiling panels, that god awful carpet and the lighting is extremely bright making one feel as if it is last call.
A little update would make it fantastic, but again let us not forget that the pasta was amazing!!!!!!!!
Food was fantastic.....so good I went back the next day to try a different dish & that was excellent as well
COVID clean! Nicely spaced indoor seating - server was super friendly, attentive, wore a mask (of course) and the food was FABULOUS! They let me get a dinner menu item during lunch - drooling gnocchi - which is delicious!
The portion sizes were generous and the food was great. We’ll definitely be back.
We love this restaurant! We used to visit often when we lived in the Philly area, but have been living in Florida for 18 years so not much of a chance to go. Our favorite dish is their chicken caccitore. Unfortunately it was not on the menu. Fortunately they made it for us!!! It was a delicious as ever. A generous portion of chicken balanced with onions, peppers, mushrooms and a thick tomato gravy.....or sauce if you are not from Philly. If you are in Baltimore, Inner Harbor area, do not miss this great family run restaurant.
Fantastic food, good service. Highly recommended.
Typical July weather with outdoor seating by choice due to pandemic made experience less than indoor dining of past.
Our favorite restaurant in little Italy. Have been going there for years and the food is always the best, especially their salad.
The tables were well spaced and the staff used all COVID protocol
You have matched the standards I have come to expect at Chiapparelli's. Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly wait staff, available valet parking and attractive atmosphere. There are many places to eat in Little Italy and your's is my favorite. I recommend Chiapparelli's to friends visiting Baltimore and tell them that Little Italy is one of the safest places in the city, both day and night.
Terrible experience for a birthday dinner of 12 guests. We were seated upstairs & it is as if the entire server staff forgot we were there. We were unable to have drinks refilled & had 2 meals sent back for being undercooked.
Would absolutely NOT recommend this restaurant to any other guests.
Chips always delivers in terms of their food! I will keep going back because of that. However, the service was horrendous! Our waiter couldn’t keep up with our large party. The nasty old bat at the front left plenty to be desired as well! They messed up the number in our reservation and squeezed a tiny table at the end making it quite uncomfortable. When I went to discuss it with them, this older women was just horrible. I hope she’s one of the owners otherwise she needs to get fired...rude!
Always a "must visit" place when we're in Baltimore. I love the Chip salad and the servings are always large. Service was great
Can't go wrong with the homade raviolis and the chipperelli salad. Both were excellent
Very friendly staff, very good traditional Italian fare at reasonable prices.
Quickly seated. Lovely waitstaff. Bus boy was overzealous on the water glass refills
Went for a birthday dinner. Service was lacking at best. Had to ask for water several times. Returned drink because it was missing several of the ingredients. Food was bland and had to ask for cocktail menu. Didn’t offer dessert or anything for birthday when it was mentioned in reservation.
Our waiter Scott was just the best. It was a very busy night but he handled that whole dinning room on his own and he did it fabulously. The house salad was out of this world, the garlic bread was great and the pasta was just 👌🏻( chef’s kiss). I am not from Baltimore but if I was I would come here all the time.
Went here with family after seeing a matinee at the Hippodrome. Food was good, they were able to easily accommodate our party of 6, and there were a good amount of vegetarian options. I enjoyed that all entrees came with a salad, and the bread was good! Ambience was very much classic American Italian restaurant. Parking was not the best, I can’t imagine trying to find a space at a peak time.
