Our server was great !! He checked on us Constantly. With being outside you would think they would forget about us. It was the opposite he was very attentive

I love the Tostada Salad. I always get shrimp. It was delicious. We also had the happy hour salmon tacos. The salmon was a little over cooked. But tasty.
It was very cold in the restaurant. The food was not well seasoned or warm. There were severalf servers just standing around watching two that were very busy with their tables it not helping. I think if the servers worked together it would have been more efficient and we may have enjoyed the food more.

We sat outdoors to social distance and had an awesome experience! The tables were adequately separated, and there plenty of waiters/waitresses servicing the patio. As an added touch, something seems different with the menu! Food was delicious! Great option for Outdoor dining.

The juice from the black beans should have been drained before being placed on plate with other food and the male waiter could have been a bit more attentive.

Skip this place. Had to wait forever to get waited on. Had to wait forever to get our check. Had to keep getting up to go to the manager up front. Also a lot of loudmouth patrons.
Rual was my server, definitely amazing and very attentive! Energized and welcoming! Drinks and food was def on point. Special thanks to him for working during this pandemic!
The service at Chevys has consistently been top notch. The food is always fresh and the service outstanding. We like to sit in Dixie’s section. She’s very pleasant, very attentive. Because we’ve gotten to know her, she’s well aware of what we want and how we like our margaritas. Management is also very courteous and always comes to the table to chat and make sure we’re satisfied customers. Shout out to David and the young man that serves the outside section whose name escapes me at the moment. They are wonderful servers also.
I have dined at many different Chevy's locations for well over a decade and this was the first time that I wished that we had dined somewhere else. The food was so-so, the service was lacking, the women's bathroom HAD NO SOAP (and that was the one that the employees use!), and overall, it was not a great experience. I realized after the fact that this Chevy's location has consistently low ratings, so I will not be dining at the Greenbelt Chevy's in the future. Truly disappointing.
They ran out of items for the special which was disappointing, ran out of menus for a period of time, but overall they did their best provided it was Valentines Day

Very good service and wonderful server
Table service was slow upon arrival. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. The food was nothing to talk about. Portions were smaller than at other Chevy's. One person got veggie fajitas and they brought her a veggie burrito. Then when she got the fajitas, they threw a few tortillas on a plate. Typically they are served in a tortilla warmer. $8.00 for a small house margarita was a rip off. Not that anyone wanted desert, but we weren't even asked. Very poor service and less than mediocre food. Will not visit the Chevy's again.

Chevy’s food is always consistent. We had a wonderful server name Devin. He was so pleasant. He was very attentive and accommodating. He was too young to describe the flavor of the drinks, but made excellent recommendations based on his experiences with previous guests. My son loved the chips, so he gave him a small bag to to take home.

No, food wasn't great, service was sub-par and the restaurant didn't have any airflow where we were seated.
Very disappointed that they would not honor our reservations because of cinco de Mayo. Which was the main reason for making reservations. Had to wait 40 minutes for a table at 2 in the afternoon

I have Celiac Disease and the server and kitchen really seemed to understand how to keep me safe. They were able to tell me my options and that they would be using a separate space in the kitchen to keep contamination risk minimal. And the food was fantastic!
This used to be one of my favorite Mexican chain restaurants. I was so excited to find this location. But nothing was as I remembered
Me and a group of my friends went out to dinner for my birthday and sat at the table for a good 30 minutes before tge host stated our server was busy. Waited another 15 minutes just for another server actually take our order. The food was not appetizing at all. I had the steak shrimp the shrimp was undercooked and the steak was chewy. I wouldn't recommend this location at all for an appeasing full service experience.
Terrible service! We stood at the front without being acknowledged for at least 5 minutes before we decided to leave and go to Annapolis instead. There was another couple waiting to be seated after betgiven an attitude for requesting a booth instead of a table
